Our chimney had blown over during the crazy storm we had March 2nd. Mike was over to cover the hole created to help minimize water damage to the inside. It could have been a lot worse, if they couldn't come out. Took a few weeks to replace the chimney, due to all the rain we had. The tarp they put down held up to plenty of rain and wind. AWESOME!! Due to the recent hail storms, I had my roof inspected by Mike and he was incredibly professional, honest and friendly. He ended up inspecting it and finding out that my roof was actual NOT in need of a replacement. I could tell he was there for my best interest even if it meant I wouldn’t be hiring them for a roof. To me, that’s incredible quality and I’ll be calling them if I need a roof one day!

We had a great experience with Nimble. They knew our insurance agent and we had no problem with them communicating with the adjuster. Everything fell into place and we had the roof work actually completed in one day and we are a large square foot home with high peeked roofs. The guys were quick to return phone calls and texts and Teddy came out extra to insure the yard was free of nails and debris. Answered every single one of my many questions, at any given moment and was very professional and friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Tyler from Nimble when my 7 year old roof finally had enough from all the hail we get in North Texas. I’ve always been skeptical of all the crews that come around after any tiny hail event.That being said, Tyler and the Nimble team are true professionals. They explained everything I needed and hadn’t even known to inquire about when I needed roofing services, they worked with my insurance, and their service was superlative compared to all of my neighbors who also had roofing work done.It’s one thing to have attention to detail when having the roof mended to, however, their preparation, shielding of my garage, timing of removal and reinstallation of gutters, and post job clean up when I have two young kids who like to play outside was very impressive. I could assert they are the best, because I saw all their competition working on my neighbors houses and I saw the other teams deficiencies.I will also share there was one small issue after the work was completed, and they same day responded and had someone come out to listen to my concerns, and then remediate the issue.
