I am providing my feedback with my recent experience working with Paradigm roofing after recent hail damage to my home in Austin, Texas. Paradigm roofing was recommended by one of my neighbors and did not disappoint. Everything from the initial estimates to the contracting aspect made Paradigm easy to work with. The owner Greg always made himself available for questions and would pay regular visits to the property to make sure shingles matched HOA specs. He would also take time to make sure all contract questions were addressed and I felt comfortable and understand scope of work and associated pricing. When it came to pricing and execution, Paradigm provided a competitive price and made sure to install top notch singles. The crew (Mark was lead) worked very quickly and made sure to clean things up after done. My new roof looks great! Overall, would highly recommend Paradigm roofing and use them again. Honest business, great pricing and great customer service.

We highly recommend Paradigm Roofing. They originally did a beautiful job on our roof, now, just 5 years later, we had some minor damage on the flashing pulling away on one of the turrets, Pablo and Roland immediately sent Benito and the team out to repair the issues. Excellent experience! Greg worked with us to select the right color to match our HOA requirements, and overall the process was very efficient and well done. All of the onsite workers were courteous and took care to keep the old materials from damaging our yard and patio. Cleanup was also good. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Roland and Mike at Paradigm roofing. I called them to request an inspection of a roof on a home I am purchasing. First off, they answered the phone EVERY TIME! Other roofers just sent me to voicemail. Mike called me back fast and communicated when he would be heading over to look at the roof. Then he did an amazing, thorough inspection. He was honest and did not try and find things to charge me for. I am very impressed by their responsiveness, honesty and professionalism! We had leaks in our kitchen after major rainfall / hail in mid-March 2024. Trent had his crew come out and check our roof the very next day. Found some issues, sealed everything, and did not tell us we needed a new roof. Trent followed up a week later, after another 1.5" of rain - no leaks!

Tristen Spencer (the man that came out to our house) was very professional and responsive, and went above and beyond to help. He even gave me his cell number and told me to call him over the weekend if we had any other issues. Roland did a thorough job of assessing my problem and determining that it needed a quick response. Marlon was the technician they sent to do my repair. He was here within half an hour and discovered the source of the roofing problem. He quickly took care of the trouble and remediated it. Everything is resolved now and seems to be working fine. I am grateful for Paradigm's quick response, professional service and reasonable charges.

I had roof shingles blown loose and had them replaced. They included the materials and the repair was perfect. No sign that section was any different from the rest of the roof.Also had a fence repair and fence stained. I received photos of the fence to confirm exactly what was to be worked on and photos again of the final job. The stain and repair were finished in one day and the fence looks fantastic, better than new! I will be a repeat customer for sure! I highly recommend PARADIGM DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION!Sonya

I can’t say enough about how great this company is. Mark called me first thing in the morning after a late night inquiry, came out the same day, was able to diagnose that we did not have a roofing issue and provided suggestions for who was the right professional to fix our issue. I can’t say enough great things about Pablo and his team at Paradigm Roofing. Pablo explained every aspect of the project, options, scheduling, material, etc. I have a big roof with steep pitches. It’s also been over 100 degrees around here everyday. His team started at 6:30am and worked till 9pm, in the searing heat. The next day they showed up early as well and had my roof finished by the afternoon and everything cleaned up. Not a nail in sight, nor trash or any evidence that my roof had just been replaced. They also replaced a very large glass window in my kitchen that got cracked from hail storm. It looks great and is perfectly sealed. Pablo was always available or called back promptly if I had any questions. The owner of the company also texted me to make sure things were going as planned and if I had any concerns I could call him directly. That’s GREAT customer service, which is extremely hard to find these days. I highly recommend this company.
