With our recent roof replacement from hail damage, he was extremely dependable and showed his vast experience in working with not just the insurance company, but with the various crew’s and contractors doing the various work. He not just delivered on his quotes, but went above and beyond to even do small repair work himself. I was a repeat customer which makes this more disappointing. Corey came to my house we spent 45 minutes reviewing the scope of the project. He told me he was going out of town but would get me a quote before he left. He failed to perform which I wasn’t surprised at. I reached out to him 3 days later he said he’d have the quote and he said he would have it to me within 24 hours. He failed to perform again. I gave him another 2 days and followed up. He then said ‘well I just figured you wouldn’t accept the quote so I didn’t do it’. To which I said no I’d still like the quote in fact I said just give a ballpark number. He said he was going into a meeting and he would call me back with the quote. He failed again. What a pathetic way to run a service oriented business. If he can’t even provide the easiest part of the job, a quote, I wouldn’t trust him to perform and follow up on the actual work.

Kory is great to work with. We had our roof replaced after a storm a couple years ago and then asked him to come back to help us fix problems with our new patio roof. He always takes the time to explain thoroughly what needs to be done. His attention to detail is top-notch. We also appreciate his honesty and communication. We will definitely have him come back when we need painting done or whenever we need more work on our roof. Our neighbors have used him too. I’d recommend him to anyone.

Kory and his team did an amazing job painting our house exterior as well as installing an all new gutter system at a fair price. Kory came over each day for an onsite visit and catered to my OCD detail as if it was his own home. He’s a general contractor so he knows what to look for and point out in real time. I can’t say enough about Pro Tek- it feels good to have someone you know you can reach out to and trust for construction jobs.

We have had them paint the exterior and the entire interior of our home, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the job they did.
