We hired Silverado Roofing to repair a chimney leak. WE, the homeowner, provided them with photos of the leaking chimney. The company did not do any of the research themselves.Silverado worked on the wrong chimney. The leaking chimney we hired them to repair has not been repaired and is still leaking.Silverado wants us to pay them for doing the wrong job! Silverado refuses to admit and correct their mistake and do the job we hired them to do.One photo shows the chimney we hired them to fix. I recently had the composite shingle roofs on several structures on my property damaged during a hail storm. I spoke to Brad McLain regarding the damages and he worked very closely with my insurance company to ensure the damages were covered and I was fairly compensated for all damages incurred. My property is approximately 2 hours from their office in McKinney. Brad initially made a trip on his own to inspect the roof(s) for damage. He then provided a detailed report of all of the damages to me. After I filed a claim with my insurance company, he made another trip to meet with the adjuster. Once everything was approved and settled with insurance Brad scheduled a date and, once again, came to my property with a large crew and hammered (pun intended) out the job in one day. This involved tearing off the old roof, replacing sections of decking with water damage, replacing the roofs on all 4 structures, including the dwelling and fully cleaning up. I thought for sure I would be cleaning up nails and other pieces of scrap material for months, however, they did such a thorough job cleaning after spending the entire day on the roof, I only found a few pieces of materials the next day and that was it. The roof transformed the appearance of my property and am certain will last for many years to come. We had a large leak in our kitchen and they fixed it for a reasonable price and didn’t try to tell us we needed a new roof when the rest of it was fine. Brad McClain was very courteous and easy to work with. When we were selling our house and needed a few nails fixed after the inspection, he came out and fixed them right away. We will definitely be calling SRG and Brad again the next time we have roof issues at our new house.

After a hail storm that took out a lot of roofs two years ago in McKinney, I had Silverado replace my roof. A good experience from start to finish. Early this morning, while DFW airport was reporting 78 mph winds, we apparently had some water come through the roof; which my wife noticed as a stain on the bathroom ceiling. This was our first problem in the two years since the roof was replaced. Within SEVEN HOURS of my reporting this to Silverado they came to investigate, gathered the materials, made the repairs, and did some touch up painting so it all blended together. To say I appreciate this incredible response would be a gross understatement.

We had our roof done by another contractor but the workmanship appeared to be done very poorly (crooked shingles, folded over shingles, gaps between shingles, damaged new shingles). We called Silverado Roofing hoping they would come give us their professional opinion on the roof work. Wendy sent Mike and another worker immediately out to take pictures of our roof. Silverado knew we would be going with our original contractor to get any problems taken care of so there wouldn't be any financial gain for Silverado, yet they were very helpful and patient in going over my concerns. They texted me the pictures and went over their findings which helped us go back to our original contractor with concrete evidence of shoddy workmanship causing the original contractor to address our concerns. Silverado was very helpful and responsive, even while knowing there would be no financial gain for them.

I am very pleased to write about Brad McClain of Silverado Roofing Group.Due to hail affecting the roof and fence and some related matters ofmy property in Fresno,TX, I was referred to Brad for redoing them. I live in Florida and I had to get the job done without visiting the place. My subsequent interactions with him showed his versatile understanding. His guidance of what is appropriate in the job to be done and coordination with insurance evaluations proved immense help to me.His patience to go back and forth with me through telephonic conversations, text messages, emails involving quotations, cost benefits and explanatory material is the feature any client would appreciate. He even undertook to find, on behalf of me, a fence company to do the fence job while his own contract was only for the roof job. He was available all time and worked ceaseless towards the goal of completing the jobs excellently and took exceedingly very good reporting with on site videos of jobs while they were carried out with his own oral commentaries.He is a very sincere and amicable person. Great company to do business with!!! My roof was tore up by the spring hail storms and these guys did an awesome job. It did take a while for them to get shingles because of the run on inventories but once they did get the shingles my old roof was ripped off and a new one put on before 6:30PM on the same day!!! You can really trust Wendy, Brad and the rest of the Silverado gang.

I want to praise SRG for the great work they did in Wylie and specifically on my house.I hired SRG to replace our roof the day after the devastating Wylie Hailstorm destroyed homes all over our little town one evening. The hail penetrated the OSB decking in several locations on the north and west sides. SRG showed up the very next morning and began patching the roof as more rain was imminent. The Rep, owner and project manager all spent many hours over the next few days making sure the temp work was secure while I worked with insurance & mortgage companies to agree on estimated costs. As you can imagine, Materials and workers were in high demand and schedules were chaotic as everyone was contending for every resource that could be found. And SRG held their end of the bargain and as soon as the insurance settled out they were there with men and material to get the job done.Many others in the neighborhood are still having problems with contractors and insurance companies but SRG was there for me.Thanks SRG for your great attention to detail and great response times.

I CALLED SILVERADO ROOFING GROUP TODAY AT 1;15 PM , THERE TEAMS WAS HERE WIHIN ONE HOUR THEY CHECKED THE ROOF AND FOUND OUT FROM WHERE THE LEAK WAS COMING .
