Sean Weaver, project manager was my personal contractor with Striker Roofing & Construction. I had my residential roof replaced. From the initial moment Sean contacted me, to the final inspection, he represented himself at the highest level of professionalism, integrity and moral attributes in which made this roofing replacement a pleasant experience.. He did everything he committed to me in our agreement of the roof installation. He returned every call punctually and kept in constant contact during the pre, post and during the installation. He indicated a final follow-up and inspection after the installation and he did indeed come back to my property as he promised. He over-saw/managed the installation team and was actively engaged with the team supervisor, making sure every detail was installed precisely & professionally. Striker, and specifically Erik, did a great job managing our roof replacement insurance claim. Erik did a great job explaining the process, working with our insurance adjuster, and keeping us updated throughout the project to make sure everything was taken care of and done right. All of our questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner throughout the project. All the people working on our property were great including the roof crew, window screen guys, gutter replacement guys, and painter. I would not hesitate to work with Striker again.

Great experience with Striker when my roof needed replacement from hail damage. Erik did a very thorough job with the inspection and took time to explain all the damages and the replacement process. He kept in regular contact throughout the repair and followed up with the insurance company to clarify and resolve any issues. Our house took a big hit from a hailstorm in the Spring of ‘19. Roof, windows, fence, gutters and our garage doors all took a beating. We had no prior experience working with any type of claims through our insurance and honestly weren’t sure exactly what the next steps to take were. Hearing horror stories from neighbors about their previous experiences with roofers had us feeling unsettled.Someone recommended I contact Erik at Striker.That recommendation saved us from what could have been months of enormous stress and headaches. Erik went WAY above and WAY beyond what he had to. From day one Erik made us feel comfortable in knowing that he could handle the job and get our home back in shape. His team was extremely professional. Striker Roofing installed a new roof for me over the summer. I cannot say enough good things about this company. My salesman Michael Marvin was knowledgeable, on time, available, and thorough. The installers were also thorough. They covered and protected all of my plants, shrubs, grill, and air conditioning unit. And finally when I had trouble with my insurance company both Michael and Lacey helped me on several occasions to collect the money I was owed. I chose Striker to replace my home's roof after a massive hail storm. Striker is an established company based in McKinney, TX. My sales rep Heather did a great job overseeing the job, walking me through the process and dealing with the insurance company. What was almost shocking to me was how quickly they were able to get it done: The roof was completed about a week after I received the contract from them! Excellent. We hired Striker to replace our roof, gutters, paint the exterior, repair exterior grout, and replaced both garage doors, all new hardware, motors, and custom doors. They restained the front door, replaced exterior lights and installed a new AC unit in our finished attic. They blew us away with quality and professionalism. The men with Striker arrived shortly after Hurricane Laura in August, here in Lake Charles, LA. It's now December and they are still assisting everyone here. Their presence is shown with their quality roofing installation and their hearts. They truly care!! Carlos Solis made a horrible situation so much better.
