We used Robert Cardoza and his team at T.H.I.S to replace a hail damaged roof and gutters, and restain our fence also damaged by hail. They did an excellent job of repairing everything back to a new condition.Robert was routinely onsite for hands on supervision during the process and constantly worked with our insurance company from the beginning to the end of the process, working with them to submit the claim and acquire adjustments when needed after finding additional damage during the repair process. It was discovered that some guttering had not been installed during the original home build. They finished that work for us as they replaced the other hail damaged guttering. Robert always acted as our advocate while working with the insurance company, defending additional repairs at a savings to us. The quality of work on the roof, fence, and gutters along with post work clean-up was excellent. They always arrived at the agreed time and worked well into the evening to get the work done quickly and according to our schedule. The entire process was closely monitored by them which made the whole experience easy and straight forward, always being available and quick to respond to any questions we had.
