Return customer - This should say it all.Knowledge: Mr. Tapia was very diligent in working with our insurance company in ensuring that proper coverage/payment for all damages from the hail storm were honored. He helped me navigate through the insurance company's jargon and requests. He took time to meet with the insurance appraisers more than once to ensure that they captured all the key items.Communication: Mr. Tapia maintained constant communication throughout the entire process from the opening of our claim with the insurance company, to being extremely flexible in working with my busy schedule and even dealing with my need to reschedule more than 2 times due to extenuating circumstances.Workmanship: Mr. Tapia visited with me and discussed the color scheme for the roof. Most roofing companies out there will throw some random/close approximation while he actually took time to do an exact match of our black roof. (Funny how several neighbors have now opted for a black roof as ours). He was very detailed and was present onsite during the repairs to ensure that the work itself was done correctly. His company also took care of replacing our faux shutters and painting them to match the rest of the house and replacing all of our gutters with the same color and helped us place leaf guards as well. He worked with a window company to get the damaged window screens and ensure there was a perfect fit. Last but not least; he worked on having the rear section of our fence replaced and stained with a higher quality wood and even higher height to match my neighboring fence.All in all, this is my go-to company for all my roofing, gutter and fencing needs. Honest, local and NOT a large roofing company that just sees you as another number.Thank you Jesus and team for a phenomenal job.JD

This was the first time I had to change my roof, and I am glad that I didn't make a mistake by trusting Jesus and his company. Jesus is very honest, professional and friendly. I have only good things to say about my experience. He and his team went above and beyond to help resolve all the issues, and made the whole process very simple for me.Jesus was very prompt in communications, and explained me every step of the process. He visited me multiple times for various things, and I could see he really cares about his company and his customers. He also helped me with some extra gutter work that was outside of the insurance claim and upgraded my shingles to save on insurance, for reasonable cost.I don't wish to get hit by another hail storm again, but if that happens, I won't have a second thought to call Jesus. He has promised to visit me every year to check on my roof and take care of any issues. He is not just my roofer any more, I feel like I got a trustworthy friend. Thank you, Jesus!

Awesome company would highly recommend. Jesus was great to work with and very professional. He took care of everything that needed to be done and in a very quick timely manner. My insurance company had a very slow process but Jesus and company were very patient and communicated with them frequently throughout the process. This company goes beyond and does great work. There are many companies out there but this is one you can trust to get the job done quick and done right. The hail storm of Spring 2023 caused havoc and damaged roof, fence, gutters, windows and screens, garage door, AC condenser cage etc. to name the big ones. Mr.Tapia took complete care of repairing all our damages. He and his team (Juan for roof, Enrique for gutters, Patrick for garage door et al.) were very professional and very easy to work with. Though they were all independent of each other and their schedules, Mr.Tapia managed the whole contract and engaged them all as though they were all one team. He worked with the insurance and made the claims and payment process transparent, smooth and seamless. He also scheduled various repairs to match our own schedule and availability. Each piece of work was done on the schedule that was agreed between us. Without even our asking, his team did several small improvements to our previous installations like positioning roof vents, adjusting flashings, caulking etc. which went a long way towards our satisfaction.He was my sole and single point of contact all through the repairs and claims process. During all our interactions, he was very transparent about what's going on, how he can help, and when various things would get done. He was very reachable and prompt in his responses always. His patience, professionalism and ability to build trust are truly exceptional and hard to find.He also ensured that we got the right warranty for the labor and the various parts used for our work, and sent me the documentation as soon as each work was done.With a sea of roofers in the market during hail season, I will have no second thoughts in strongly recommending Mr.Tapia and his team for anyone needing hail damage repairs.

Jesus Never let a storm ruin me, when I felt like storms could ruin me. I had ceiling holes that never close from wind on a shooting spree and was feeling stupid 'cause I know nothing about these roofs you see.But, when the shingles all had popped up and I was trying to keep my nods up, and I felt like I should know more about how all this goes.
