Ben Wortham did a great job working with me using a public adjuster to get my full roof replaced when the insurance company first stated the damages wouldn’t meet the deductible. I’ve never been through a claims process and he was willing to explain in full detail so I knew what was coming. His team finished the new roof in half a day and it looks great! I would recommend him to anyone who anyone who needs roof repairs.

Received THEIR roof inspection report detailing 5 leaks in my roof. NOTHING was covered under warranty. No problem. So I paid for the full repair of 5 leaks in advance. Before workers left I requested to see photos of the 5 repairs. They only repaired 4/5 leaks they identified —the 4th was caulking needed. So the worker and I called the back office. Stacey said it wasn’t in the report (it was) and caulking wasn’t on the material or repair invoice. Ridiculous, it’s a 5 min repair with $1 material cost. For anyone using this company make sure nails and caulk are included on your invoice. Poor customer service.

Last week I needed a roof repair for a hole in my attic space. Upon calling multiple companies to get quotes and timelines, I finally got in touch with Ben. I was surprised and very happy with the speed, service, and urgency that he was able to get this repair completed. In less than 48 hours from our initial call the repair was scheduled and completed. I will definitely be contacting this company again for any of my roofing needs in the future.

Between myself and some family Members, Ben Wortham has replaced 5 roofs for us from hail damage. It is always a smooth process from initial inspection, to dealing with insurance, and then having a new roof and gutters.Each time a new hail storm blows through they are quick to come by and inspect your roof at no cost to make sure you’re safe and aren’t at risk of taking on water into your house.My aunt talked to multiple roofing contractors and appreciated how Wortham wasn’t pushy, or acting as if the job was already awarded to them like “the other guys” were.You get the comfort and friendliness of a real family business and not just some shady contractor thats been selling roofs for two weeks and shows up in a $150,000 truck letting you know you’re about to get ripped off.Truly a fantastic company and I can’t recommend Ben enough to people in the market for a new roof or even just an inspection.

Curt came out on Memorial Day to look at our damage from a hail storm on May 19th. He was the first roofer to come out and on a holiday no less. We had friends over with young kids swimming in the pool and when one of the girls went in without her floaties Curt saw she was struggling and before any parents could react he jumped in with his shoes and everything and pulled her out! As far as the roof, he helped us pick out shingles that were better quality than what we had before and his price was very reasonable. The day of the job, the workers showed up early and were very good about communicating and even made sure our dogs were inside before opening the gates to the backyard. There were 2 total crews working on our house and they worked from 6:30 am until 7:45 pm. They cleaned everything up and even took off all of our outdoor furniture cushions and made sure they were clean. Definitely an honest, hard working company and we will use them again if we need to!

However, they went above & beyond and came back the next morning to clean any small debris out of our bushes and run the big magnet around in the yard & driveway to make sure there were no stray nails.
