SO INCREDIBLY RUDE. THE TECH (? PART OWNER) TOOK OFFENSE AT SOMETHING I SAID VERY NICELY...AND TOLD ME TO GET SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX MY A/C....I WAS NOT RUDE. I DIDN'T YELL. I DID NOT CUSS.....NOW I'M OUT 100 DOLLARS...IN THE TEXAS HEAT....BUT HEY....HE DID TELL ME TO HAVE "A BLESSED DAY"....THIS WAS ARRANGED BY MY HOME WARRANTY PEOPLE.RESPONSE: WILLIAM AND A MUCH YOUNGER TECH CAME TO MY FIRST APPOINTMENT ON 15 APRIL. WILLIAM STAYED IN THE VAN. THE YOUNGER TECH WAS VERY NICE BUT AFTER LOOKING AT THE THERMOSTAT AND IN MY ATTIC...HE WENT AND GOT WILLIAM. WILLIAM WENT TO THE ATTIC AND SAID THEY HAD TO ORDER A PART. THE OFFICE CALLED LATER THAT WEEK TO SAY THEY EXPECTED THE PART ON SATURDAY AND CRYSTAL SCHEDULED ME FOR MONDAY 22APRIL.ON MONDAY MORNING WILLIAM ARRIVED AT MY HOME. HE OFFERED NO GREETING BUT HE DID SAY HE WASN'T SURE WHAT HE WAS THERE TO DO. I REMINDED HIM. HE TURNED AROUND AND WAS TALKING TO THE OFFICE. HE WAS GRUMPY. HE WENT BACK TO THE VAN AND GOT HIS EQUIPMENT. AT THAT TIME I SAID: WILLIAM IT MAKES ME A LITTLE NERVOUS THAT YOU SAID YOU AREN'T SURE OF WHY YOU'RE HERE. HE GOT ANGRY AND QUITE LOUDLY SAID I COULD GET SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX MY A/C. HE LEFT I CALLED THE OFFICE TO REPORT AND CRYSTAL WAS NOT AT ALL RESPONSIVE STATING "THEY HAVE SO MANY CALLS ETC ETC." SHE ALSO SAID THAT THE MINUT A CUSTOMER SAYS THEY ARE "UNCOMFORTABLE" THE COMPANY DISENGAGES. I HAVE TO WONDER HOW MUCH MONEY THIS COMPANY HAS MADE OFF HOME WARRANTY CUSTOMERS....AS TO THE CLAIM OF BEING SATAN...I WAS SO ASTOUNDED BY THE RUDENESS AND INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR...I WAS SPEECHLESS....WHEN WILLIAM WISHED ME A BLESSED DAY (IN A SUGARY VOICE)...I DID TELL HIM NOT TO INVOLVE GOD IN HIS BAD BEHAVIOR. PROFESSIONALLY SPEAKING I HAVE TO WONDER IF WILLIAM NEEDS ASSISTANCE.

Professionalism is a 0!!!! Was given a time frame of 10am - 2pm. They showed up at 3 pm. My wife had to go pick up our Children from school which is less than 10 mins away. We were told they do not wait more than 5 mins. This is after they were 1 hour late. Then told me it was an approximate timeframe window of 4 hours. Completely rude and disrespectful on the phone. Came here to leave a review and i see why they have 2.6 stars reviews. Terrible service!Service: A/C system maintenance

If I could rate no starving would. Had an issue with AC making some noise. Receptionist as well as tech told us if it got worse to shut it off. Seemed very rude from the get go. It would be two days before they could come out. Well it got worse the next day and we shut it off. (Failed blower fan). Attitude by both receptionist and tech when my wife called back asking if someone could come out sooner and help was atrocious. When they finally come out and pull the fan assembly out the tech decides to be rude to my wife at which time she responds back. After they he belittles my wife and blames the issue on her, the tech leaves saying he can’t work under these conditions and leaves my ac torn apart refusing to work. So I’m not sure what happened. So I start looking at reviews. Nothing to really see. So I find them on the BBB and to my alarm there are similar reviews about attitude and treatment to customers. So we called and had WesTex Air come out. Awesome people. Fixed us right up. I will never use this company.

I recently had my HVAC system maintained by Indoor Comfort Experts and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and provided exceptional customer service.The technicians arrived on time and were very respectful of my home, taking great care to keep their work area clean and tidy throughout the duct cleaning process.Overall, I would highly recommend Indoor Comfort Experts to anyone in need of HVAC services. These people are not experts & have a bad attitude to go along with it.There’s no point of y’all coming back , you can’t even fix AC s .When over 50% of your reviews are negative is it the customers or is it you?If I told you my issue you would just make up an excuse . Like you did for the other reviewsMaybe AC s aren’t your thing .Also your tech was rude to my wife . - Stars need to be available for people like y’all

If I could rate this company a zero I would. Very unprofessional. Will never deal with this company ever again. The technician was extremely rude and so was the front office. They don’t care if your house is 90 degrees and you have 4 small kids and you have a warranty that you pay for they will not try to help at all. By far the worst customer service I have ever gotten from any company.
