Such a life saver! Armando was very kind and super quick! My apartment complex maintenance is very hard to get a hold of but Armando saved the weekend by quickly fixing our door knob. As a single mother it’s hard to do everything myself and YouTube only gets me so far lol, glad I found someone reliable and trustworthy!

I made an appointment with this gentleman at a specific time on a specific day and 20 minutes after he was supposed to show up I’ll text him.This is when he told me that he was waiting to on UPS package to sign for a package. That is totally understandable, I get that, but what I would’ve liked is 30 minutes or an hour before he was supposed to show up , he should’ve text me and told me he was running late, and that he doesn’t know when he’ll be there because he was waiting to sign for a package and I would’ve been fine with that. Communication is key , you can’t just leave a customer hanging, you need to let them know what’s going on with the appointment.

I had acquired a large piece of furniture that I could not unload by myself,this was Good Friday so I wasn't expecting anyone to be working. He explained that he had let his crew off for the weekend but would be glad to come help me, he arrived in about 30 minutes and proceeded to unload and set up this large piece in my home. He was very professional and I was very grateful that he took the time from his holiday to help me out.I will definitely call him again for any work/unloading I need done around my house and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a handyman.

Armando and Brandon came and installed handicap bars in my shower within one hour after I called him. His price was very reasonable and they were very professional. Highly recommend them and will be using them again.

I hired Armando Arballo to perform trim work, painting and hang doors and a few more things, at my home. This was the biggest mistake I have ever made!! He used 2 different shades of white, did not remove plug covers getting paint on all of them. Used MY BASE BOARDS for door trim and then said I OWED him for materials!! His guys SMOKED in my daughters room! Armando NEVER finished any of the work that he was hired to do. I’m having to file small claims and theft of services on this man for stealing my money and not getting the job done! DO NOT HIRE THESE THIEVES!!!

I worked for Armando awhile back and would refer him to others if needed. I have been in the home improvement industry my whole life and worked for several different contractors and I must say that Armando is in my top 3 companies that I would work for and/or refer to someone without worrying about the quality of work or giving me a bad name. I remember once it was getting dark and someone broke out a window in a buisness that was closed and instead of him putting it off until the next day he went and did the job. Mind you after a full days work thats not something any handyman feels like doing after being home for several hours getting ready for bed with his family.That's the definition of reliable and backs up the 24 hour handy man title.

I have known Mr. Arballo for a long while and every time I call upon his services he is prompt to get my job done cleans up after he is done very polite, professional and dependable, I have nothing but awesome encounters with this gentleman I will recommend him and his staff to anyone that is looking for a handyman he does great work and goes beyond his duties to make sure his work is completed and to your satisfaction . Ive known Armando for some time now hes always been able to come and help me with my repairs!! Im a single mom its hard to trust and dont want to be over charged or taken advantage of. HandyMan services has always been fair and honest with me. Never over charging, dependable and i have always been able to rely on him and his crew to help me out! They have always done great work for me ive been using him for bout 10yrs now!!

I hired Armando Arballo to perform remodel work at my home. He caused $40,000 in damage, which included repair of his work as well as outright destruction of my property. He abandoned the job after collecting a considerable amount of money. This was an absolute nightmare for me, my wife and baby daughter.I have taken Mr. Arballo to court where the judge found him guilty and awarded me a judgment. I have a filed a lien on Mr. Arballo since he will not pay the judgment.

Scheduled an appointment at 10. He didn't show up. He texted though 30 mins after he should have been here and asked what time was scheduled 🙄I texted him back that it was at 10, then another 30 mins passed before he texted back again. So I just called him and told him he was over a hour late and that I would find someone else and that I would leave a review about this. He texted back this "Life isn't perfect it's upsetting you're going to affect my business because you had to wait I texted you back but I guess your more important than everyone else I wish I could leave a review for you" . I responded with this "I don't mind waiting but why set up an appointment time if your not even going to remember it. Communication is key in when running a business." Turns out this isn't his first time to not show up

Do NOT hire this man. He did a job for me a few weeks ago and im still waiting for him to come fix what he built. I have called and texted him everyday since dec 26 and he has either ignored me or responded by saying "I'll be there tomorrow" and has never shown up once. he was supposed to show up today and i have texted 3 times and called 15 times with no response. He also committed to building a large swing set we purchased for kids. said he would have built before christmas, and has never shown up to start that job as well. Armando is a liar and is very bad at his trade. could not even build a simple dog kennel. $4,800 dog kennel that will not keep my dogs inside. He is an idiot and i hate him.

I has an appointment to get some work done last Sunday. I was informed that the handyman would be at my home at 10:00 A.M. on this date. I cancelled other things I needed to do to accommodate the handyman. The handyman never showed or called. Finally, I got through to his phone and he advised me something came up but would be at my home at 3:00 P.M. I just received a msg saying he would not be able to do the job. THIS INDIVIDUAL/COMPANY IS TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
