They came out this morning started and just left a little while ago. The roof looks amazing! They came out the next day and finished our roof in one day. Brad gave us a good quote and told us to not pay them a penny until the job was 100% done and we were satisfied with it. He also helped us with our insurance claimed, took time out of his busy schedule to hell us with other problems that he did not have to do.Highly recommend these guys, ask for Brad.

it started off great as everything usually always does. then things started to go down hill after they finished the roof. it was after they finished that we had a second storm come thru and my laundry room was leaking extremely bad. so bad that they had to redo all the sheet rock in it. well our quote was with the patio as well and Robert first thing he said no money out of your pocket at all if there is any difference in the amount I will take care of it. well then comes our patio that is tin not shingles. Robert came out and fixed it. it looked like he did a good job until we had the snow storm then there are leaks all over the patio were he didn't seal it up right and now he we have been trying to call him about the leaks and my calls are sent to straight voicemail. don't trust Robert when he says NO MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKET! he charged me after he did everything a extra $3000 after he kept saying no out of pocket money. wasn't expecting this kind of service or work out of a company that is based in west Texas.

We used Basin Roofing they put a foam roof on our commercial building. Two weeks later it rained and flooded the entire office, it took ServPro almost 3 days to dry the carpet and walls up. Basin returned and fixed the issue. After some very strong words and several weeks later they finally paid the ServPro bill. However, we are still having problems with the roof leaking in our office. They returned last week and inspected the problem and to this day we have not heard from them at all. Communication seems to be the main issue with them. They don't have an office or office staff so its very hard to reach anyone. They have an email but no one ever responds to it, and they don't return voice messages. Its very frustrating dealing with a company like this. Customer service should be your first priority. Word of mouth is better than any amount of advertising.

Roof was done quickly, however, apparently our insurance didn't measure right and extra money was requested. Insurance sent $2000 extra and Robert said we owed $5000. I told him insurance sent $2000 and he said he would call that even. Not to mention this all happened on a Saturday. He said he needed the money today or tomorrow because it was going to be raining on Monday. I'm not sure who does business of Saturday's or Sunday's but the banks are closed. He then text my husband at 5 on Saturday regarding the same issue. It was pretty disheartening to be disturbed during our weekend so much.

This is the worse roofing company I have seen! This is an apartment complex and they are rude, inconsiderate and very unorganized! They dropped boxes, water bottles and lids to cans, nails etc. In our back porch area! 3 days in a row!!!!!! They have no clean up crew which I have never heard of! I don't recommend them to anyone!!!!!
