Chappelle Roofing (Thomas) is simply amazing. The entire process was seamless and stress-free from the moment I Googled roofing contractors to providing payment for services rendered. Thomas answered all my questions both during the initial consultation for quote and every follow up question in text or phone call. At no point did I feel confused or in the dark.On the day before install, the materials were delivered and placed out of the way. Thomas suggested to not be at home during the work to avoid loud noises. So, I left my gate unlocked and prayed for the best. When I arrived home later in the day, there were no visible signs I just had major work done on my house except a gorgeous brand new roof! The crew did not leave any discarded material anywhere (front or back), no nails in the driveway!I highly recommend Chappell Roofing for a quality and professional roof!

I was overwhelmed with “fly by night” roofing companies the morning after a major hail storm. A group of them took over our neighborhood . There were and still are 5 unknown companies still out here. Rather entertain them like my neighbors did, I called my Insurance Agent who HIGHLY recommended Chappell Roofing. Now I know why. Thomas Kiefer took care of everything for me, even dealing w my insurance carrier. I had some damage outside of Chappell’s scope and Thomas took care of that too. They were out to my home immediately and replaced my roof in 5.5 hrs! What a great team they have. The “fly by nighters” haven’t even started on the other houses. Thanks Thomas!

Chappell Roofing replaced our roof, power washed and re-stained our fence and pergola, and re-painted most of our house. The services were coordinated by our salesman, and all the work was of superior quality. The roofers were excellent, arrived on time each day and worked long hours to finish, by far the best roofing company we’ve used. I love my new Chappell Roof! We were hit by a bad hail storm and had to deal insurance coverage and adjusters that weren’t the best. Jeremy with Chappell Roofing explained in detail everything we needed to do and made the process smooth and easy. His advice helped us get the most possible from our insurance and he even helped with choosing the right shingle for our roof based on the style and color of brick of the house, and that was priceless! I knew our roof was nearing its end, but it wasn’t until the new one was put on that I could really see how much of an impact a new roof has on the look of our house. This was an exceptional and professional service from beginning to end. Gary came to do the roof inspection and was able to give us a quote that day.
