I previously submitted a review explaining how after using Charles Terry for years we were extremely disappointed with the work we received after a recent hail storm in 2017. We have made multiple attempts contacting the office and promised dates of when our roof would be fixed, only to have no one call or show up. We finally gave up thinking that eventually if they wanted to be paid we would hear from them. While my neighbor was facing the same situation her salesman, Ronnie, worked diligently to see that her roof was fixed. Ronnie, hearing that we were very discontented with our roof, came over and offered his services to help. My husband pulled out the papers and notes he had made of calls, conversations, and shared them with Ronnie explaining we were not recommending Charles Terry. Ronnie was very sensitive and listened stating he would do what he could to help us. In just a matter of hours we had the promise that our issues would be fixed. True to his word, a crew was at our home for two days fixing a very bad roof job. Ronnie, is one we would call if we ever need help with our roof again. Looking at the spring being upon us, we now feel confident that our roof is sound and can weather the rain and wind. I’d give 10 stars to Ronnie if I could!

They were hired to do our roof after the storm. The crew that did the work were very messy and disrespectful. Took them two days to do the job. They finished for the day when the sun was going down, showed back up VERY early the next morning to finish. There was not a courtesy call or knock on the door before they started. They left trash in my trees and nails all over my yard and driveway. When the job was finished, the supervisor came and inspected saying it was done right. Fast forward to yesterday, which was December 7, 2017. We had a plumber come out to check our heater out. He said we had straight carbon monoxide coming into out house. His meter was reading high. Which we were told a reading of 200 was bad. It had hit 400 and was climbing. He went on the roof and found that the roofers SILICONED shut our vent!!!! He had to destroy the vent to open it up. Due to Charles Terry employee negligence, something catastrophic could have happened to my family!!! Which is the reason why we had been feeling sick!!!I would NEVER recommend Charles Terry Construction!!!! All they care about is getting the job done the quickest to get their money, not the quality of the job or making sure things were done right!!!!! I am taking my complaint to the BBB as well!

Nate was very professional. I received 3 bids from different companies. I felt that Nate with Charles Terry was the most upfront and honest out of all of them. The office gave me houses addresses to drive by to look at the color of shingles I like to see in person on top of a book. They finished the job in 2 days. Very happy with their service.

Fast, friendly and courteous. I called for a very simple repair on my roof, a few damaged shingles, and they were gracious enough to send a roofer quickly and fix it without even charging me. A good faith repair that will definitely earn my business in the future. That’s Texas hospitality!

I had a leaky roof for years in my office. I called several different roofers, some would go on the roof, splash on some tar looking substance and charge. When it rained and still leaked they would come back and do the same again. Another came, looked at the roof and said it was the foundation. I called foundation people and paid them several thousand to repair a sag in the foundation. Still leaked! Several other roofers looked at the roof and said there was nothing wrong with the roof.Finally I called Charles Terry. He came by and within a few minutes found there was a problem. He sent his team out and in the process they found a major problem with the way the roofing job was done when the house was built 9 years earlier. They corrected the problemIt has been 9 months now and still no leaksIf you have roofing problems, save yourself some money, lots of it, and call Charles Terry Roofing. He does not stop till the problems are corrected!!Thank you Mr. Terry

Did half my roof and haven't came back to do the other half. It's been 3 days and they said it was a 1 to 2 day job. There is trash all over my yard and things laying everywhere. Called them and can't ever get them to call me back. More than frustrated with them. Watching my neighbors go up in a day and a half while mine is taking 3 going on 4 days now.

Scheduled appointment to get roof fixed. Nobody showed up. Nobody called. No reschedule. Left a review on Facebook and received tremendous backlash from company representative. Poor customer service and extremely rude. Still have yet to receive a phone call.

I walked in the front office and no one was up front, after waiting a little bit I walked into the back to see if anyone was there. When I walked in the back Brandy (Terry) Sanders did not even greet me, and then proceeded to be extremely rude and unprofessional. I will be going elsewhere for roofing, and I will tell my friends to go elsewhere as well.

They had to remove the AC unit and between them and D&D plumbing, never put it back correctly. Now I have 2 inches of AC ducting sticking out of my ceiling. I called them back several times and they said it was D&D's fault, and visa versa.

My husband & I spent $20,000 on 2 roofs and my toddler grandchildren could’ve done a better job! Ask them to honor their work & they’ll ignore your requests! Very very disappointed
