They came in and replaced my shingles in one day and when they left you wouldn’t even know they were there. They cleaned up and left everything the exact way they found things. Returned the next day to inspect that the job was done correctly and that I was pleased with the job. The company does great work, Joseph explained everything to me about my insurance claim and repairs to be done. The quality of the work is good and the inspector was great as were the workers. The only complaint I have is the lack of scheduling communication. They called me 2 hours before they wanted to start working on my roof in the middle of the work day. I was told they would call me a day or so before and that did not happen. I was scrambling to get a family member to go to my house during the day with such short notice and secure my dogs. They did not finish the same day and needed to come back the next morning. They said 9 am and did not show up until 10. They were so efficient. We didn’t have to wait long to schedule our roof job. When there was a concern over some AC issues, their personnel arrived quickly to ensure it was not their work that may have compromised our AC. Their representatives worked so hard in high heat to thoroughly check with lights if any of their nails were near AC equipment. It turns out the capacitor had failed, so just ironic timing. Even after our AC company completed the repair, Roofs by Nicholas was SO kind to call us back afterward to check how we were doing with our issue. That follow up is so rare these days. I visited with 3 different roofing companies to replace my wood shake roof due to wear and tear. Greg and Joseph made the clearest presentation, recommend a class IV shingle and explained the insurance savings I would realize. The schedule was established and work began on time and was completed timely. They protected the pool and artificial turf yard from roof debris. Eric was fantastic!! He went above and beyond what he could have done and got work done that we needed quickly to complete the sell of my parent's home. They completed the work weeks before required, bringing the roof up to standard, and worked tirelessly and feverishly to get information to the insurance company. The insurance company made everything extremely difficult but Eric didn't give up. He answered phone calls and text messages, and worked with the adjuster.
