I called in the morning to get an inspection done. I was told I would get a call back the same day from the owner. Within an hour or so I received a call back from Ryan the owner, and we set up a date to come out for an inspection. He indeed came out the day he said he would. He Inspected the roof and got back to me right away. After he completed the Inspection he sent me a very professional letter with full details On his findings. Charles and Sabrina helped me every step of the way on this one. I lost shingles to a hail storm recently. At first, my insurance company only wanted to cover the front half of my roof. This is after Charles had already shown me damage on the back that needed to be addressed. Charles came out and put up some tarps to avoid further damage while we hunkered down for a fight. After a couple of visits from adjusters(with Charles in attendance to argue my case) the insurance company still didn't want to cover it. Ryan Roofing handled the appraisal demand for me. All I had to do was sign it. By the end, they got my whole roof replacement covered by the insurance company. Sabrina looked over the settlement letter that the insurance company sent before I signed off on it so that I could be assured that there wasn't some tricky language in it that I was missing. This morning, the guys showed up to do the job. It is 1:30 PM now, and they have completed the entire replacement on my 2000 sq ft doublewide! Lightning fast, with a thorough cleanup after. I could not have asked for a better team to have on my side for this! I will absolutely recommend Charles Nelson's team to anyone who mentions the word "roof" around me! We had a repair done on a small section of our roof and it looks absolutely beautiful. The shingles were matched perfectly. Super professional, fast, and cleaned up afterwards as though they hadn't even been there. When its time for a new roof I won't look anywhere else. Juan Vazquez was our project manager from Ryan Roofing. All I needed was a few attic vents installed on my roof due to the previous owner of our home not installing any. I called a few other places and got stood up when they said they would come out to take a look and give me a quote. Juan was able to come out ASAP to give me a quote, I was able to get a few quotes for different options quickly along with any other recommended repairs. Once pricing was agreed on Juan and his team were here within a few days, they got the job done quickly and efficiently with great results. I used Ryan Roofing to replace my roof that was damaged during a hail storm in May of 2022. Juan Vazquez was my project manager and by my side every step of the way. My insurance company was not wanting to pay our for the damage done to my home. Not just the roof but the siding also. The Ryan team worked to get my insurance company to pay. Juan went the extra mile after talking with my siding guys, he came out the day the roof was being replaced and he personally made the alterations needed on the fascia so that the drip edge and roofing would not be disturbed when the siding guys came out to do their job. From the first visit to evaluate our needs, they were on time, thorough, professional, and went further to investigate the root of the problem than any other company I dealt with in the 4 years we were having issues. During the home inspection part of selling our home, the inspector was concerned about possible roof damage so Charles with Aubrey Ryan was called out for a professional opinion. Charles was able to confirm that there was absolutely no damage to the roof at all. He did spot a few exposed nail heads that needed to be sealed. We contacted Aubrey Ryan Roofing after the severe weather storm.We had noticed shingles coming off and many not secure on roof.Charles Nelson came out the same day I called.He did a thorough inspection ( and took pictures of the damage for us to see).We contacted our insurance company. Aubrey Ryan Construction was roofing a home next to ours and a supplier ran over our mailbox. I brought this to Mr. Nelson’s attention and he contacted the supplier. Mr. Nelson went out all on his own, and at his own expense, and purchased and installed a new mailbox on a sturdy pole in concrete. He even hauled off the old mailbox and pole. We were amazed and surprised by Mr. Nelson’s generosity and kindness, especially since his crew did not destroy our mailbox. He went above and beyond our expectations and said his policy was to “make it right.” He certainly did. He was a kind and honorable man and we would recommend Aubrey Ryan Construction Company. If he can just replace our mailbox, think what he can do for your roof. His company did an excellent job on our neighbor’s roof, by the way. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Mr. Nelson.
