They are timely at returning calls and emails, pricing was great, make payment quick and easy, but most important they went above and beyond on our gutter install. Not only are the gutters (and covers) amazing on our home, but one of the crew members took their time to fix our broken fence picket so our gate would latch again. Outstanding! We didn't ask for this. They just did a nice thing. So rare these days. M & M have 10 stars in our book! Thank you!

Great experience from start to finish. They came out on time got their measurements gave up pricing options based on sizes. Compared to two other competitors the pricing wasn't even close. They matched our trim color perfectly. The crew showed up, setup, laid out the placement of downspouts and accommodated a request to change one. No problem. Got their measurements and knocked out the install efficiently. They were friendly, courteous and worked very well together. Now that they are in we already saw a huge difference after a big rain the other night. Use these guys you won't be sorry. Follow up ,just added pictures of our rain chains for the front of the house..turned out awesome. We installed them ourselves. M & M will do for you, not sure their price. Very happy after servel good rains now. Such a difference. Rain barrells next.

I was referred to this company. From the very beginning they have been very responsive.1.Mike,the owner, was prompt for our initial meeting.2. Provided us with a quote that same day.3. Prompt in answering all my follow up questions4. Worked with us to provide information to my insurance company to obtain additional $5. We set up an appointment a month in advance to do installation6.He told me that we would be contacted a day before to advise time they would be at house. I was contacted the day before.7. Their crew was prompt.8. The gentleman in charge gave me a time frame to complete Installation9. He only missed it by about 15 minutes10.They did an excellent job. To sum it up quickly: Easy to deal with, great quality and unmatched pricing.Dameon came out and mapped out our gutters and did an amazing guy. Super friendly and easy to deal with. Pretty much had an estimate (actual cost) in about 15 minutes. The price was well under what I expected. Gave him the thumbs up and a few days later his crew showed up and knocked it out of the park. The gutters looked great and matched the color of our house exactly. High fives all around and they took off. Received the invoice through email and was able to pay it online, no problem. We had a heavy rain and there was a small issue I was concerned with and Mike, the owner came out and made a small adjustment. Mike was a great guy, easy to talk to and took care of what I needed. If I could give 10⭐️ I would.Update: I received calls & texts from M&M with sincere apologies. Spoke with Mike & have him scheduled to come by tomorrow. I’ll update if needed. [⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️]I called to get an estimate for replacing a gutter. I was told someone would come by the next day. Waited all day but no one showed. I called the following day to find out why no one came by. The lady answering the phone didn’t know why so she said she’d find out & either call me or someone would come by. Again, no call, no show. Time to call a different company [⭐️]

Thank u to the younger brother Mike the owner who came and right the wrong of the older brother. I had Christmas lights a few days before my gutters were installed which altered the set up of the professional Christmas lights. The 5 guys that installed the gutters yesterday could have fixed the lights back but they refused. The poor owner came the day after to fix this.Thanks so much Mike.

They did not disappoint!M & M is a beyond excellent company--their people are sharp, professional and listen to all of your questions and go beyond what is really necessary as far as being patient with you about all the questions that you have. Michael, Damien and John were the three that I dealt with mainly.They helped me pick out the color of the gutters and everything else relating to what I was needing. If there was a 10 rating, I would have chosen a 10.They also came recommended from construction company professionals that I know and so many others!Their prices were below market-place from the areas that I checked....enough said...They are a great company due to such great people and great service.
