I’m not sure where to begin but I first off want to say thank you Robert with Massey Advanced Construction and Roofing, you have been amazing to work with. My roof was damaged back in October of 2023 and the initial roofing company I hired truly failed me and tried to take advantage of me. I was able to finally get my claim processed after going through a public adjuster and when it was time to replace my roof, my initial roofing company wanted more and so I looked for another local roofing company and after reading some reviews I reached out to Masseys and spoke to Robert. I asked Robert several questions about my claim and roof replacement and he was up front with me the entire time. I was able to get the roofing system I wanted without being scammed for more like my previous roofing company tired. After I spoke to Robert he and his guys were able to get the roof and gutters on within a week and I must say, it’s probably the best looking in the neighborhood. Thank you Robert for being a true upfront professional and not driven by greed.

Robert was very responsive, knowledgeable and polite. He quickly came out to do a roof inspection and then explained the damage in easy to understand terms with pictures of problem areas. He then came back again to meet with my insurance adjuster. Roof replacement was scheduled within a few days, and his roofers were on time and very efficient. Old roof was removed and new roof installed in one day.New gutters installed the next day.Clean up was impressive and thorough. Roof looks beautiful.Robert directed and inspected his roofers work several times during the process. He was always available to answer my questions. We called Massey's after the last wind storm blew a few shingles off the roof. We know nothing about roofing and honestly thought we were looking at a replacement. Robert was able to come out same day to take a look and let us know that the damage wasn't as bad as we were thinking. It turned out to be a 45 minute job and cost us less than $100. He came back himself to do the repair. He was professional, polite, and a pleasure to do business with. Would definitely recommend for any roofing needs. Once we do get around to needing a replacement, we will definitely be calling Massey's again.Edited 3/18/24We ended up with new damage last fall and Robert was our first call. He was able to get out and take a look and let us know that we finally had enough damage to put it through the insurance to get it replaced. Again, he was quick, professional, and helped walk us through the insurance process. The actual roof replacement was able to be completed in a single day. I had a roof that was leaking on my 2 1/2 year old home. I found it on Friday night. Saturday morning i started looking for a roofer to fix my roof and found Massey’s. Robert came out Saturday afternoon, found our problem and came back Thursday to fix it. He did a fantastic repair and we are very pleased. We will definitely use them for all our roofing needs. I can’t say enough good things about this company & its owner Robert Rostamo. He is kind, honest & saved me lots of money. I called him to do a repair in my house which was caused by a leak. He checked my roof to make sure the leak was not from my roof & found some damaged shingles & a turbine was broken. I also ask him to bid on a gutter on the side of my house where rain was gushing into my outside air conditioning unit. He offered me a less expensive option. He sent me pictures & video of the roof where the damage was & gave me a bid. He came out once he got all the items he needed & did the job with video of the repairs. The best part is he went down on the price because he didn’t use as much supplies as he had thought!! Who does this? I am always worried about getting cheated on things I know nothing about. This is a good & honest company & it is hard to find someone you can trust & know it for sure. I am so relieved to get my roof & gutter problem fixed.
