After flipping multiple homes over the years and working with numerous contractors, Midlo Contracting is hands down the best crew we have ever hired! In order to first test the waters, we initially hired Midlo for a small job during our latest flip for our home in Southlake with around 6,000 square feet. They not only finished the job early, but also delivered incredible customer service at a great price and with impeccable quality. With such unbelievably amazing results, we decided to work with them for the remainder of the flip. Excellent communication, honesty and integrity all continued throughout each of the many projects Midlo completed. Services rendered included: adding a walk-in closet, installing quartz countertops throughout the house, painting, installing tile floors throughout the house and numerous other jobs.We will only use Midlo Contracting moving forward and highly recommend them for anyone wanting 5 Star services!

Remodeled an upstairs Bathroom, converted from tub to walk in shower. Mike was super cool and great to work with. Great customer service. I explained to Mike that we haven't had the greatest experience with contractors and he set my mind at ease. Any hiccups with the job Mike addressed it and was great to take care of it. ** Homeowners Beware When Considering Midlo Contracting, LLC **We had two major projects completed by Midlo Contracting, LLC: A complete kitchen and master bathroom restoration and renovation, due to water leaks and mold caused from the infamous Texas winter storm in February 2021.Both projects had multiple issues arise during the construction, which even the most novice and untrained homeowner could point out - which we surely did. When questioned and brought to their attention, pushback from Midlo personnel arose immediately. I could go on and on, but, unfortunately, the character limit would exceed the allowable limit to completely detail the HORRIBLE experience we have had with Midlo ever since.Fast forward to October 2022 - That's when our master bathroom was finally completed since the initial demolition in May 2021 - we had started to notice major cracks in *only certain parts* of the tiles and disintegrating grout all throughout the interior and exterior of our walk-in shower that we had paid an extra $2000 for on top of the $19,000+ Midlo had negotiated with the insurance company to cover in damages.We had brought up the issues to Mike Hamdan, Owner of Midlo Contracting, LLC, in January 2023, who immediately dismissed our issues by saying we had some sort of foundation problems in our home which had caused the damages - not considering we had a foundation inspection that had passed before even hiring Midlo Contracting, LLC to do any projects at our home and even furthermore AFTER receiving two additional reports from industry-vetted and experienced foundation experts (Olshans Foundation Repair & Brown Foundation Repair) to come take a look into possible foundation issues after the suggestion from Mike himself. All freezer boards along the entire parameter of the roof are intact and unmoved; There are absolutely ZERO signs of walls cracking on the interior or exterior of the home indicating any possible shifting; All windows have no signs of separation and/or movement; Even the expansion joints on both side of our home were "in perfect condition" according to both professionals who came to inspect our home; All levels are well within tolerance after using industry-specific, ground penetrating machine generated reports to check our foundation as a whole -- PROVING there are no issues other than Midlo Contracting, LLC bad workmanship on the project.After notifying Mike of the debunked theory he had assumed of foundation problems, we heard nothing for weeks on end. After repeated requests for updates on when he would have someone come fix the problems, he then stalled the repairs even more by waiting until March 1, 2023 to have Aaron Sims, Head of Construction, to come take a look at it with their Lead Tile Contractor - even though Mike had personally came to inspect and take pictures of our issues a couple months prior. Fast forward to last week, I had AGAIN not heard anything back from anyone at Midlo Contracting, LLC and made multiple requests for updates on when they would send someone out to come fix the damages caused by their bad workmanship. As of yesterday, March, 28, 2023, I received a report saying that all the damages that have incurred are "not covered under warranty due to Midlo contractors doing the installation steps correctly"!? What!? Everyone I assume intends to do the work correctly, however things don't always go as planned and mistakes DO HAPPEN along the way. However, that is not something this contractor seems to be willing to admit.Mike Hamdan is a "smooth talker", and surely plays the part on wiggling himself out of situations outside of his favor. Now, we are going to have to take our claims and all proof of wrongdoings by Midlo Contracting, LLC to a attorney - wasting everyone's time involved, money, and stress-induced suffering - when all he had to do was make things right to begin with. Companies the size of Midlo have insurance coverage that covers things like this specifically when situations arise, but this company appears to be too "prideful" to accept they're wrong.

I really loved working with them. They were thorough, patient and helpful. They gave me suggestions, and was straightforward with pricing, The workers were fast and efficient. They didn’t leave a mess. It was quality work and worth the price. Yes, you may be able to get work done cheaper at other places but what I paid was worth the professional work done, the warranty, and that they did not let this be a stressful situation for me. I would highly recommend. Thanks to Clayton, Ty (the floor Yoda) and all the guys who did the great work! My floors look great!!!

Midlo Contracting gave the exterior of our home a major face-lift with a new concrete driveway (previously gravel), gutters, roof, and huge deck. It all looks wonderful. The deck is built extremely well and the driveway is amazing. The round copper downspouts are beautiful and the perfect jewelry to our home.

Waited OVER a year!!! I wish I could give 0 stars.We had the worst nightmare after we hired Midlo. We have a family of 7, with one child being disabled. They put many projects ahead of us while our whole downstairs was gutted and unusable. We had to EAT OUT an entire year and live upstairs with ONE BATHROOM because they tore everything out of our bathroom and kitchen and just left it there for a year!!!!! They also threw away our property such as our jacuzzi tub and our oven.Our kitchen cabinets are also TERRIBLE. My 8 year old could do better! I’m just glad they are out of my house!No one knows what’s going on, such terrible communication. Even the workers admitted to us that they always have communication issues with the owner’s scheduling.They leave your house a wreck and leave all their trash and bulk for you to clean up.BEWARE of these people!I could GO ON AND ON.We waited patiently over a year for them to complete and they demanded payment immediately after even when we didn’t have all the insurance checks. It’s been less than 30 days since completion and they are threatening to “send to collections”. Even know we assured we will pay in full as soon as the insurance sends us the last check.

Midlo was amazing at every single part of work they did. They came in and cleaned up after a fire happened at our house. The owner Mike assured he would make sure that Midlo would do a great job and WOW !! He was right!! They cleaned up the mess then they settled the claim with the insurance for the repairs. They had did such a great job with the repairs that we asked him to do some upgrades in other areas of our house. And he was more than happy to give me a fair price to complete that. And again WOW it was also amazing. We now have our dream bathroom and can’t brag enough at how amazing this company is. Please don’t hesitate to call them for insurance or even upgrades you will not be disappointed!!!

Mike was great to work with after the hail storm. Communication was excellent and he addressed every concern that we had. New 30yr GAF HD roof, new gutters, and stripped/re-stained the fence. He even added additional roof vents to aid with keeping the attic cool and solar screens on the west-side. I reached out to Midlo because the previous contactor I had flaked and wouldn’t fix HIS problem. I needed the repair quickly and Midlo came through!!! My experience was amazing from the moment I reached out and asked if this was possible, not only was it possible but they went above and beyond! We had a random person drive their car into the side of our garage, breaking through the brick and the drywall. We were shocked, and obviously had never had anything happen like this before and honestly didn’t even know what to do or where to start. One of our neighbors highly recommended Midlo contracting, and after I made the first call, it was a no-brainer who we would work with.It was nearly impossible to match the brick but they did! I am impressed! We had our roof replaced by Midlo Contracting. Jason made the process easy. He came onsite when the adjuster was here and gave excellent customer service. I contacted Midlo Contracting because they were an approved contractor for my city. Jeff came out and spent a great deal of time listening to our desires, our dreams, our wishes, and helped us determine what we would really like, while letting us know which desires might not be the best options.It turned out we had bigger dreams than budget, but Jeff was courteous and professional. The quote he emailed us was thorough and included photos of the various options. Best, most detailed quote ever. The attention to detail, even in the early planning stages, was impressive. Midlo Contracting did an amazing job on our home renovation. They are honest, professional and exceed all our expectations. We completely remodeled our master bathroom and three guest bathrooms, had tile and carpet flooring installed, kitchen cabinets painted with new granite countertops, two beautiful accent walls, demo and replace fireplace and refinished our staircase.
