I have in contract Ridgeline General Contrators will perform additional work (clearing trees and installing fence) after closing the house. They have been ignoring me for two weeks after closing. Lance Moore the owner of Ridgeline General Contractors now tells me he's filing for bankruptcy. I'm now hiring a lawyer to settle this legally in court. Stay away from them!

Terrible company. 0/5 stars. Spent over a year trying to get a project completed after a pipe burst during the freeze last February (2021). Had a project manager who constantly lied to us about when things were going to happen, switched some things that we picked out for cheaper options without our consent, would schedule meetings with us and then fail to show up or respond when we called/texted to find out what was going on. One worker brought his 5 and 2 year old to the site (our house). I came home early one day and found the workers outside talking and the children in my house by themselves, throwing debris at my crated dogs and putting loose screws, rubber bands and pieces of pipe in my turtle tank. Our project was never completed (I have a giant hole in my kitchen where a pantry was supposed to have been put in, unpainted cabinetry, missing drawer pulls and handles, an unsealed sink, an unanchored dishwasher, unpainted areas of my walls, painted cords that were on my wall) and the things that were done have started to fall apart (cracked grout and stained tile that was put in our bathroom, accordion doors and their track were replaced and the track is not holding in the new doors so they fall off, water gets into the cabinets under my sink due to the sealing issue, plumbing that was done but still leaks). The owner was communicated with on various occasions by myself and my husband and has still never done anything to help us get this problem fixed. They refuse to communicate with us. 12/4/23; We Received a text message that the company is permanently closing!We were in the middle of a new home build and have been left with a 1/2 finished home! No one will answer the phones, emails or texts.Devastating since we had paid 96% of our build price already. There are next steps to take!

My Husband and I hired Ridgeline General Contractors to do our kitchen remodel. We were looking for someone local that we could trust and could get the job done in a timely manner. Once I submitted my information I received a phone call within 5 minutes from Aaron, the Project Manager. He was very prompt and professional from the very beginning, and not to mention flexible with my Husbands work schedule. The subs were very knowledgeable, reliable, and courteous. The Project Manager showed up on the job daily and made sure to keep me informed of what all was being done and the progress of the work. Our project took about 3 weeks, start to finish.Our granite counter tops are beautiful! All of their work from start to finish was done beautifully. I can not express how much I love my new kitchen! I plan to use Ridgeline again for upcoming renovations, and have already recommended them to family and friends.

Added an 800 square foot master bedroom and bath. We love the new addition. We had a few hiccups along the way through no fault of ridgeline but between Donald, Ken and Lance they were more than attentive and fair throughout the process. We wanted to use someone local to do our remodeling job. Ridgeline General Contractors came highly recommended and had good reviews. Our relationship began when I called and talked to Jacy, the office manager, she was very pleasant. She told me she would have a project manager return my call ASAP. Within an hour Andy, the project manager, called and made an appointment for him and the owner, Lance Moore to come talk to us about our remodeling project. I will say they are easy to work with. Andy always had our best interest in mind throughout the project, consistently followed up with us to make sure everything was going as planned. The sub-contractor that Ridgeline General Contractors used was phenomenal. They did an exceptional job remodeling our master bathroom, including building and plumbing a new shower, painting bathroom and kitchen cabinets, and installing floor tile in 50% of our home + more. Deceptive business practices and discriminatory. I inquired about cost for home repairs hoping also to establish relations for large scale renovations. JC and Donna (the office staff) were honest and friendly. Unfortunately the business owner Lance and his project men worked in concert to charge for a cost estimate despite advertising and agreeing to look at the home for free. I provided a report of issues and wanted to get an understanding of feasibility and costs. Pretty standard stuff. Yesterday I noticed their cost estimate service describing how they send a project manage to look at a property was inaccessible. Had a feeling that might happen after our convo and thank goodness I have a screenshot. I really don't have time for this but this is wrong and folks should know that an experienced "local family business" typically seems like a good thing to support but don't trust Ridgeline. MY heart is sad that folks would treat people like this but hey. At least you know.

This company is the worst! Received a text message saying they were going out of business and filing for bankruptcy. We about 1/4 of the way into the project and had put down over 1/2 of the cost. If Lance Moore starts a new business, stay away!
