Titan replaced the roofs on two rental homes I own during the same period of time. They also fixed some non-roof related damage to siding/windows. All work was done on time and done correctly. Josh, who was my sales representative, was a pleasure with whom to work. He was professional, kind and very patient with my questions. A big bonus for me was that since these were rental houses, Josh handled all the scheduling directly with the tenant. I did have a few issues with my insurance company paying in a timely manner, and the front office staff was very gracious and helpful in resolving. One example of how ethical this company is: I had looked at one of the houses and signed off on the work. I did not realize that part of the minor repairs to the non-roof damage was not completed. Josh caught that later and made sure it was done. I recently had Titan Contractors replace my roof & gutters due to hail damage and we could not be happier with the results. Josh came out & met with the adjuster from the insurance company to ensure that they replace the roof number one and then that they replace everything else that they were supposed to. He even got a lot of our window screens replaced on our house that were damaged due to the hail that I did not even think about. He was with us throughout the entire process from start to finish keeping us updated and answering any and all of our questions & we are very grateful. They got the job done ahead of schedule & the new roof , gutters and screens look fantastic. The knowledge & expertise from everyone at Titan Contractors was second to none, very impressive! My roof was damaged in August 2021. I had a problem with the insurance company. Titan stuck with me through the lengthy process of getting the claim resolved to my satisfaction. I was very impressed with the attention to detail during the installation of the new roof. Plants around the perimeter of the roof were covered. New flashing was installed around the chimney. After installation of the new roof, the area around the house was cleaned up. I didn't find any roofing nails or debris around the house. The new roof looks beautiful. My contact person was Jay and he was always responsive to any questions that I had. He did more than what was required and I highly recommend him.Service: Roof installation

There was some extensive roof damage on a rental property related to the ac unit installed in the roof and causing significant leaks and water damage. My elderly mother had someone work on the issue who made it much worse and then skipped town. I reached out to another roofer that has a good reputation but they were slow to even inspect and then refused to help. I then reached out to ServPro who gave me Mike Bell’s info with Titan Contractors. He was so great to work with especially with us living out of the area. Quick to respond, tarped the damage area to prevent further leaking during the impending storms and ultimately full repairs. We have used Titan twice. Most recently, strong winds blew a few shingles off a dormer on the third floor roof. Small , but tricky project. I called Titan; Cody, their field person, came by within an hour. The repair crew arrived same day ( tall ladder needed) and promptly got the job done at a fair price.We re-roofed our place in 2017. Titan and Cody helped with insurance claim, thoroughly understood the task at hand and completed the job quickly including cleaning up the mess of a re roofing. I’ve used Titan Contractors now for a couple roofs, rain gutters and some indoor ceiling repair and paint work and I’ve never been disappointed, from start to finish it’s a professional experience.When they first arrive it’s a well prepared and thought out display of roofing products they offer and upgrades available. You select your quality products, have the installation and warranty explained and begin process of setting up install date and it just rolls from there.I’ve used a number of contractors over the years and Titan Contractors is by far and above the most professional I’ve dealt with. Titan roofing did an awesome job on my roof. They were very professionally represented by Scott Cruthers and his entire team. They knocked out the job in a day completely taking off the old roof, installing the new roof and cleaned the area better than it was when they arrived. I couldn't have asked for a better contractor. I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

Dosn't show up. Roof leading in less than six months. Will not reply to calls. Had other work done as well--they do not follow up. Just get paid and exit. Even the main phone number now doesn't work. The work that was done on our home after hurricane Laura was sheetrock, baseboards, painting, flooring, outside vinyl and columns. Danny arranged to have our gutters replaced and granite countertops from outside sources. Anytime I needed to speak to Danny he was always available and very patient. Overall, the work was satisfactory with a couple of areas where flaws were left. The only negatives I would say is that I am not so sure the people working under Danny were honest with him about what was going on with the job. There were several things that had to be redone because of poor craftsmanship. Also there were white paint splotches left on our front porch from when they painted the columns and there was damage left on the trim on our dormers that could only have come from the crew who was lifting the trim to install vinyl. However, the crew told Danny it wasn't them that did it. Danny could only take their word and it remains damaged to this day. I really enjoyed working with Danny and would give him personally five stars for working very hard to see that we were pleased. The work that was done I gave four stars because of those things I mentioned above.

The young men doing the work did a good job considering they worked for about 6 weeks without a contractor. The contractor only showed up the first, made promises that his crew didn't know about. I had to go from the hotel where I was staying tothe house every day to make sure things were going ok. There was a language barrier so not everything was done right, but at the end I just took it like it was, just so I could get back in my house. Had the contractor shown up, it would have been a better job. JT was great to work with and he apologized about the contractor. But they are a great company. They did great work on my parents house. Knocked out the roof In a single day and used high quality GAF material. Their neighbor who used a different company is still hoping his house gets done 4 days after the work began. I hope he doesn't have water damage as his house got hit with exposed roof last night. But if does I recommend he call Titan! Thanks again.
