Through my job we spend 6 figures in material orders across multiple locations each year. Staff and management at every store has been awesome. This store in particular is super-organized, flexible, responsive. They work with us to procure 80% of what we need for each job. Their delivery service is prompt and they communicate well on material swaps when an item is not able to be procured so we have plenty of lead time to source it elsewhere. Returns are simple. Through the change in management last year the service remained as excellent as it always has been. You guys are heroes!

I bought 4 OC siding size19/32 T1-11 . They were damaged. McCoys needs to do a better job of inspecting merchandise before loading it for any customer, but especially seniors, women and disabled. That was alot of wasted time and energy! It it a real disappointment to get home and realize the merchandize is damaged.

Pretty good selection of things for the home anything from interior to exterior. I’ve bought a lot of the plumbing stuff here without any trouble. The pricing is about the same as Home Depot without all the crowd. What I like about this place is that it doesn’t have a lot of frills which for me is a good thing and I can get in and out pretty quickly. They do have their little rushes but for the most part they are super organized and the store is clean.

Great store, clean & organized, staff very helpful, everyone said good morning, upbeat. Outside guys just as nice, loaded me up quickly, I was in and out in 20 minutes! Paid and pickup 35 sheets of plywood. Try that at home depot or Lowe's !

Great Staff!!! They didn't have what I was looking for but it turns out, what I needed was an RV only part. The three staff I had interacted with were very friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. The type of knowledge you won't get at the big box stores. I'm not from here but still like to shop local. Keep up the great work.

Maybe the best building supply business I have ever been to. I went right after A very destructive storm so I expected short supplies and long waits. Quite the opposite. The staff here was super efficient and very helpful. I will be back ... again and again.

Please call 911. Too easy in the morning for this. Just purchased a 5 gallon can of glidden omg. $175????????. Sherwin Williams o waaaaat. I WOULDN'T RECOMMENDED ANYONE. Completely lost my appetite. THINKING OF RETURNING IT

Nice general selection of mix residential & farm hardware needs. Not accessible for this 100 % disabled veteran. Pretty difficult to manuever wheelchair or scooter around non ADA minimum requirements for disabled accessible aisles. Need wider aisles and remove excessive size "end caps" for minimum compliant accessibility. Do provide nice and appreciated military & veteran discount . . . . But if you can't get to the merchandise. . . . you can't buy it. I had to take a friend with me to do my shopping. Not a good thing. Service is very good. Very friendly and staff apparently knowledgable of store products. Will be back but not as much as I would be, if the store would be "wheelchair friendly" and accessible. Very clean store.

Good if you're a contractor, but not so good when you are John Q. Public. I was looking for paint and couldn't find anyone to help me. I looked around for a bit until the gentleman at the paint counter showed up, and I asked him for what I was looking for and he told me whatever was on the shelf was what he had, he didn't even bother to check with/for me. Then I went outside looking for fence posts and didn't see anyone there to help. Other than that, the store is well organized, clean, and you can get decent pricing on a lot of merchandise.

This is a old school lumber yard. For most material orders you order at the counter and drive back around to the yard. The staff helps load the order and then you drive off. They have most of the items you need. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
