What started out as a positive experience unfortunately ended very disappointingly. I was given a bid for a new roof and 6 new vents. The bid was a little high but the estimator seemed knowledgeable and the reviews on Google were positive so I had Roofing Solutions do the work. The day the workers showed up thing started going poorly. I was told there were too many roof cooling circulators and only 5 were needed. I later found out the ones they left out were critical for air flow cooling of the roof. Then I was told the 6 vents that were contracted were obsolete and could not be replaced. I found a company that made and installed vents and asked for a quote. ( the vents could be replaced) Suddenly Roofing solutions could do the work and threatened to void the warranty if someone else got on the roof. After they installed a few of the vents I went up to look at them an decided to stop the work an send them away.(pic below) What ever I paid for the warranty is a loss as Roofing Solutions will not be on my property again.

RGV, and I received a visit the following day from one of the representatives who was very professional in explaining from choosing the materials to the completion of the project. I am very satisfied with their service and after the job was done, there was no trash left behind. I found shingles had blown off my roof and could see light from inside the attic. I contacted Roofing solutions and they sent people out to look at it and give me an estimate the next morning. After agreeing on the price they sent people that afternoon to repair the roof. I was very happy with the work, cleanup after the work and the guarantee they gave me. I would definitely recommend them.

My husband and I are in the military and we do not live in Texas. When the hurricane hit our home I called multiple places and everyone was so booked I called Roofing Solutions and they made time to patch my house to stop further damage the next day!!! They were so Understanding and always willing to wait when we had hiccups with insurance.
