I am a resident of the Richmond/Rosenberg area. I hired Eckel Pool Concepts to create my dream custom pool and spa and couldn’t be happier with the end result. Jeremy and his team did an outstanding job from design to delivery; the attention to detail was first rate. I was very concerned while doing research about some of the horror stories I’ve heard about building a pool, but that WAS NOT the case with Jeremy and his team. He addressed any concerns or questions in a timely matter and ensured I fully understood each step during my build. As with any project, delays happen but the very few we encountered were all due to weather. Jeremy took care of everything from filing permits to HOA approval and while I chose a few upgrades most of my design features were standard with Eckel Pool Concepts. Some of the design features and materials we selected: Travertine Scuppers for 3 raised walls w/waterfalls, glass tile and rolled edge in the spa, LED color changing lights, Haywood automation, variable speed pump, robotic cleaner and mini pebble plaster. Eckel Pool Concepts is by far one of the best and affordable pool contractors in Texas. I can’t wait to enjoy my beautiful pool/spa this summer and years to come.

Jeremy Eckel and Eckel Pool Concepts did a beautiful job transforming our backyard into an inviting resort-style oasis. From the design to the execution, we could not be happier with the professional, creative and thorough job we experienced with Jeremy and his team. Our pool and outdoor kitchen have become a warm, gathering place where we’ve been able to host our family and friends. The design is situated nicely to take advantage of our lake views here in Sienna.Before we even purchased this home, we had Jeremy out to give his advice on whether we could add a pool due to certain provisions and restrictions regarding being a lake-front property. He assured us we could add the large pool we were hoping for, and create the kind of entertaining space we always wanted to enjoy. We added a large pool with stacked stone accents, water features, a spa, beautiful coping, tile and pool finish. The Hayward pool pumps are first rate and keep the water looking beautiful fresh and clean. Our summer kitchen is equipped with awesome Lynx, appliances including a grill, bar sink, icemaker, stainless steel cabinets all wrapped in a beautifully crafted stacked stone base with a fantastic granite counter top and multilevel bar. Up above 3 strong fans have kept us cool while grilling and the wooden sailboat-style ceiling gives the kitchen an overall nautical look.We love the travertine pavers and the drainage system they put in place has worked well. The large firepit we know will be put to use this fall. It’s impressive 5’ of flames definitely helps to keep the bugs away as well! Our backyard is a showstopper.In addition, Eckel pools oversaw the design and building of an additional full bathroom adjacent to the backyard that turned out beautifully. It includes tumbled granite tiles from floor to ceiling in a spa-shower with 3 shower heads, all Kohler plumbing fixtures, beautiful ship lap wall and built-in shelving with accent lighting. We had a great experience with Eckel Pool Concepts. We moved into our new home with a budget to build a custom pool with a raised spa (jacuzzi). The materials we selected included glass waterline tiles, stacked stone raised walls, and travertine coping. A great feature of our pool includes an app (Hayward Omni Logic Remote) which allows control of all of the water features including heating the spa. Today I wanted to take the opportunity to review the service we received from Jeremy at Eckel Pool Concepts at our home in Pearland Texas. Jeremy told us when we got started that he understood what a big decision this was and that this is equally as important as deciding who will build your home. The fact is that when you hire a pool builder you will look at that pool every day even if you will not use it every day you still see it as part of your view from your home. We spoke with a couple of different swimming pool builders prior to making our selection and we decided to hire Jeremy because Of his knowledge and experience in building swimming pools as well as Public Parks and Monuments for Commercial Developers. He is overqualified to do this job but still humble enough to offer standard swimming pool construction. Some of the companies we spoke to were not interested in talking to us because we wanted to spend less than 75,000.. But Jeremy asked and hit our budget. We were very confident in our decision to go with Eckel Pool Concepts. They offered quality construction at very competitive pricing. They also built my neighbor's custom pool and Spa As well as a Shingled Patio Cover across the street and our neighbors were very happy with their project so we decided to give Jeremy's company a chance. We were impressed by the fact that he was able to offer us items that other competitors of his told us were very expensive upgrades but he did not charge us very much at all for these items, comparatively speaking. For example, he installed travertine paver decking as well as dark blue colored plaster and all of his competitors wanted several thousand additional dollars for this. Jeremy was able to offer these upgrades at considerably less. More than three years have passed since he built our pool and he is still answering our phone calls and taking care of our needs. As I understand it this is rare with pool companies. For reference i'm attaching some pictures of ourpool and backyard. Thank you for building our area to make our family memories. We recommend this company strongly to anyone who asks.

First of all, I want to let you know that I normally don’t write reviews until I am either full convinced by the quality of the products or services delivered. Yes, today is one of those days where I feel it is my utmost responsibility to give an honest and fair review of the swimming pool construction services delivered to me my Jeremy Eckel.As I am resident of Riverstone, I did contact and reach out to the pool builders in both Missouri City, Sugarland and Rosenberg and Katy but none of them did a convincing job of a qualified design and video with the layout of my backyard.My wife and I do not have enough words to describe our journey with Eckel Pools, owned by Jeremy Eckel. In simplest words, if you want a creative, high quality, reliability oriented, well versed with new technologies, services filled with honesty and assurance, while working with a person with full of fun and energy to build your dream pool – close your eyes and sign-up with Jeremy.More details, our journey started with evaluation of 5 different pool companies. We compared them with multiple factors varying from cost, knowledge, track record, flexibility and many more to keep this feedback short – Jeremy (I like the man very much, actually he has become a part of our extended family) rose to the top without any doubts. We created a custom pool design (yes it took few iterations with ideas without a frown). I got so convinced that we included an outdoor kitchen and shower to our design and Jeremy made sure that it all came under my allocated budget. We selected our materials, went over every construction phase before and after completion (Jeremy assured things that were needed to be cared by a pool owner so that we are not left standing 😊).Adding a comparative angle to my review (YES, TRUE Story)– some of my other friends who opted for another pool building company in Sugarland & Sienna Plantation has many complaints starting from pool company not responsive to phone calls to fix the issues, to having design defects lacking up to date technologies (manually turning spa valves on/off, as an example) – my friends are now fixing and upgrading many issues company left behind himself. On the other hand, in our case we barely had any outstanding issues and Jeremy is just a call away and can be reached without a hesitation.Yes, I had moments of some nervous nerves during this project but Jeremy explained and keep assuring the timeliness of the entire build plan even with minute details. We had our salt water pool, spa, and fire pit built by Eckel Pool Concepts. We broke ground in June 2020 and were swimming by August 2020. We absolutely love it! We talked about building a pool for years, but were hesitant due to cost and our fear of the overall construction process. We did our research, read tons of reviews, and got several quotes from pool builders in the area. Thankfully we found Eckel Pool Concepts! Jeremy and Josh are the best at what they do. Building a pool during Covid... What a challenge. I started by asking friends that built pool for recommendations, and checking out pages like BBB, Yelp, and Angies. Narrowed down the list to 5 in my area (Sienna, Missouri City, TX) and requested quotes from them.My experience was that the big pool builder names will quote you the same pool for ~$10K more.Jeremy's was one of the 2 lowest quotes, but i selected him due to his long experience in building pools, and the great feedback i received from recent references he provided. Also, at the time there was a shortage of gunnite service, and there were plenty of horror stories about people waiting for the gunnite for several months. My friend referred me to Eckel Pool Concepts. After multiple phone calls to different pool companies, I had gotten in contact with Eckel pool. Jeremy was very polite and answered all the questions that I needed also came over and gave me a quote. After reviewing everything I decided to go with his company and I’m very glad I did I highly recommend this company to anybody looking for a pool, the process has been very smooth, and he also explained everything and every step gave me instructions on things that I needed and also was very understanding. He did a awesome spray deck, color changing led lights, variable speed Hayward pump and Custom pool and spa. Let me tell you the color changing lights and spray deck looks awesome. I will post pictures soon as we just finished the project in a timely manor. The guys that came to the house was super nice working in 100 degree weather here. I felt bad but knew they had a job to do. Although , despite the heat they was out there completing the project as promised. The communication was great and I highly recommend this company. From concept to completion, Jeremy from Eckel Pool Concepts was great to work with. He designed our custom 25,000 gallon pool in Sienna, and specified top notch equipment to run on an automation system. Jeremy is very knowledgeable with equipment and the latest in technology. He helped us make informed decisions concerning every aspect of the design including lights, pumps, heater/chiller, purification, automation, concrete, pebble tech gunite, deck pavers, etc. And the end result looks just like the proposal concept design images, but even better! He's been building pools for decades and it shows - he knows all the tricks to make the pool the BEST and to get the job done faster than I ever thought possible. They have been out every single day and have made SO much progress it is unbelievable! Within less than 60 hours, we went from a yard full of sod to gunite and the pool shaped!!
