I feel bad even giving this dealership a one star. They deserve zero. They received our brand new truck the second week of January from another dealership that couldn’t work on it. Due to it being under warranty the diesel mechanic there chose not to work on it for 4 1/2 months while it sat half taken apart. While also leaving all of our windows down and ruining the interior. Due to it taking so long to be worked on, GM sent out an engineer to see what the problem was and that’s when we discovered they weren’t actually working on it. Sarahi lied to us on a daily basis when we would call for updates, the manager Jonathon also called us and text us lying and said they were working on our truck when it is apparent that no work aside from taking it apart the few weeks. A new engine in our truck should have taken 14 days max, our truck was there 4 1/2 months. This dealership should be ashamed of its practices and is not at all what GM/Chevy stand for.

Had no service there at all, they did not do what they said they would at time of sale. The things listed it contract 6 months to finally get most of what was promised with having to call every week or two to finally even get that. Would not recommend or deal with them again.

I was told that you would have my truck in to look at it in 3 weeks so I brought it to you. after three weeks I was told that you would not be able to look at it for another 4 weeks. I trailered it to a lubuck dealer and they got it in in 4 days.

I live in Midland and I had been dealing with Tony a salesman. I asked up front before I ever drove over there if they offered 0% financing on the one ton Chevrolet pickup we were looking at. He told me yes they do. (I have all of this on a text) So we drive from Midland to Monahans and drove the vehicle. We went inside and talked to the sales manager and he printed out a quote with 0% financing. It has monthly payments for 72 months. We finally came to an agreement on the price. We were going over this evening to sign papers. Then I get a phone call saying they didn’t offer 0%!!!! These people like to lie and play games with their customers hoping they will give in to their shady deal because so much time had been put into it!!! I will contact corporate offices and let them know of our disappointment as well as send them the texts and a copy of the quote.. I thought these people were honest and trustworthy!!!! I was wrong!!! They said it was an honest mistake by the salesperson but that’s not true. If it were the sales manager would not have printed out the quote!!!! I know they both were not that inexperienced and unprofessional!!!

Set up an appointment for some minor work over a month in advance, told them exactly what was wrong and dropped the vehicle off the night before. No one bothered to call me and let me know they had received it or looked at it. I called them and they didnt know anything about it, took 30 mins to go find out and call me back. Then told me it was going to have to sit at their shop a week before they could look at it and get me a price and/or parts. Why bother making appointments at all if they are just going to blow me off and make me wait a week anyways? I just picked it up and went somewhere else, they are incompetent and customer service means nothing to them.

My salesman, David Carrasco was quick and to the point. That's how I like to deal. I told him what I wanted and within a short period everything was done and settled. I live in another town and he had everything ready for me when we drove in the next day. His follow up has been polite and stress free. The ladies who answer the phone were also very nice when we discovered we left something valuable in our Colorado brought in for service.

I found the truck online after working with my bank got approved went to the dealership. Made them a cash offer then they change the amount of the truck and said it was 3000 more than the price it was on line, it’s not that much money but it still the principle. Online for one price and they’re trying to sell it for another on the lot. They are shady dealership be ready for pricing increase once you arrive at the lot!!!!

Took my truck in right away.. didn't wait long. Most places take for ever. But the man who made the appt for me, was right. His words " bring it in on the morning of Aug 1st and we'll take a look at it right away." Very friendly receptionist

I do think the price for an oil and filter change is reasonable, so that's the reason for the 2 starts. I do think the rep could of been a bit more friendly. Could tell she didnt wanna be there. Also dont bother filling out anything online. They dont go by it. They also don't do service on certain vehicles although it states them online.

I was told my oil change would be roughly $100 it was only $68 or so so that was a plus, the guy who worked on my car, Erik, was more than knowledgeable (i think that's spelled right) and they didn't try to over charge me like most places. I'll be going back for sure
