I called TCB Elite for a roof inspection and found out there was wind damage, then was guided step by step through the process with my insurance company and got a new roof in just 3-4 weeks for just the cost of my deductible!!! Chad was very professional, and did many upgrades to my old roof…. TCB Elite crew very professional and knocked the job out in 1 day, and you would have never even known they installed the roof that day because of the great cleanup job that they did…. TCB Elite Fleet is a first-class company with first-class honest people. They did a beautiful job on my roof, but their expertise goes way beyond roofing. My wife has wanted to extend our back porch for years and on a whim asked the owner Chad if TCB could do it before the new roof was installed to which he replied let me get my framers to look at it. This porch job involved concrete, completely tearing out my old porch and building the new structure. We are extremely happy with our new roof and porch and are looking forward to spring weather to enjoy the edition. This group is easy to work with and I will not hesitate to use them again. I strongly recommend to anyone experiencing problems with getting their roof repair/replacement approved through TWIA or other insurance to contact Mark “Frog” Gatlin with TCB Elite. He handled the entire process of coordinating adjusters, appraisers, and mediators to get my roof replaced when it had previously been disapproved by TWIA. Frog is an excellent communicator and always made himself available to keep me informed. The new roof system used by TCB Elite is a better roof than I have seen on others in my area.

I received a detailed letter with the dates of severe weather that may have caused damage to my roof with the offer to do a free inspection. I had several inspection offers but Cory with TCB Elite Fleet convinced me that they would work with my insurance and install the best quality roof. He was correct and on top of this job through out the process answering all questions and assuring me he had everything under control.The day of install David Brown met the shingle delivery before sun up and supervised the job until it was complete just before sun down. If I could give TCB Elite more than a 5 star rating I would! They were very professional and worked with us through the entire process, always there to answer any questions. They completed the entire roof in a day from preparing the roof to clean up. I still can’t believe how fast it was, it felt like they were here and gone like that! My biggest praise goes out to their crew that did the most thorough clean up job I’ve ever seen. I have 2 little ones so I’ve walked the yard many times after and have yet to find a single nail or tack. I wish I would have taken a before and after picture because I feel like this review doesn’t do it justice! Anyways long story short, go with TCB for any of your roofing needs!
