We were in desperate need of a roof and ASAP roofing stepped in a saved us! We put in a call and Travis was on the spot ASAP! He explained what we needed and what would happen! Very thoroughly! He was professional and actually sat down with us and explained everything! He provided all the financial answers and gave us the best options! He was extremely nice and understanding! They got the work done in a timely manner and cleaned up nicely after they were through! Not to mention the roof is beautiful and looks amazing! Did wonderful work! We definitely give 5 stars and would recommend ASAP Roofing to anyone that needs any type of roof work done! And be sure to ask for Travis! I needed a roof repair done I called asap they had a guy out the next day and had repairs scheduled for the day after that. They came out and tarped roof during estimate and did repairs next day. ASAP Roofing is a GREAT company!!! Cody with the Nacogdoches Office inspected the roof for damages and helped us make a decision on shingles. He was always very professional, nice, and responded promptly to all our questions and our concerns. The employees installed the roof quickly and did an amazing job. They also made sure they cleaned up everything afterwards! Great group of guys. Cody stayed and made sure we were totally satisfied with the end results And I must say It looks great! Like I said Cody was very kind, prompt, and professional when answering all our questions. We really appreciate all the time he spent with us. YOU can tell he loves what he does. Simply put…they came out, bid, rushed job, didn’t finish, tried to charge me more, horrible experience. They want their money but can’t pick up the phone and correct the issues. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They treat their migrant workers like trash, had under age and old men working all through the night in the rain and cold. Call about a leak near my fireplace. They showed up the same day. Very thorough looking for my leak, in the attic and on my roof. The problem ended up being my fireplace and not the roof. Even though my fireplace and not the roof was the issue, they fixed it anyways. I called another roofing company (discount roofing), and the lady said they do not send their people into attics, only on the roof. ASAP had no problem going into my attic. I would definitely recommend.

Mr.Travis Moultrie came to do inspection on my roof to see if I had any wind are hail damage due to some bad storms we have had at my house this month April 2020 and he was very knowledgeable, Professional and inspection of my roof he was very nice and told me he didn't find any kind of damages. He was very honest and didn't try to sale me a roof that was not needed.Very nice and told me if I ever had any storm that could have cause damage he would be glad to come back anytime. But at this time he said I had a very good roof and was all installed the Same way ASAP would have done the job.I would give him 5 star rating for being honest.

Travis Moultie was extremely helpful thru the whole process, answering questions, overseeing the start of repairs and then leaving a very capable job manager in charge of the roofing crew. The crew was fast and efficient, looking out for our plantings around the house, cleaning up after themselves, clearing away every speck of roofing material that came off of the house. We have had other roofing issues over the 26 years we have been in this house but have never had this level of service. Recently I had to have a roof replacement and interior drywall, painting, etc.,. done on my residence. I cannot emphasize enough how efficiently Travis guided me through this process. He told me the roof would be replaced in one day and it was! The sub contractors he provided to do my interior work did it in record time and the results were amazing. After calling ASAP for an estimate, David who is the Branch Supervisor/Manager called me back inside of 30 mins to set up an appointment and came on-site.He was very professional, personable, pleasant to speak with and extremely thorough with his inspection of our roof and the damage associated with the storm. It damaged our roof, home and all of our hardwood floors. He gave my wife and I the assurance and comfort we needed in a time when our life felt upside down!We knew he was the guy for the job! Chase Wofford, the company's rep, checked out my roof and showed me hail damage I hadn't noticed, even on a 20 year old roof.He also assisted the claim adjuster when he came to to do the estimate, and helped make the whole process easier.When it was approved by the insurance company, he gave a start date, which was met, and the crew did the work well and on time.They had a good selection of shingles, and the house now looks better with the new color. Most important, my wife likes it!They're a very good company to deal with.

Living in Cleveland OH, no clue who I should contact for some roofing prob at my rental property IN LUFKIN Texas, i was told to contact a company that were listed on a national program. Needless to say i was well into the program that went from reasonable to very expensive., The problem was with 1/4 of my roof. I Call a professional relative for advise, that suggested I Call Mr Travis and even though it was a week end he handle the experience like it was a reg work day and very gentle down to earth language and very soft spoken and even took time and went to the property . There was a 3rd company that was there and out spoken talked all over me letting me know i had been taken by the initial company and kept expressing "You got a mess " so I prayed over it and gave the contract to Mr Travis. Scam Alert. Be very careful with this company and make sure everything is in writing at once. Read the contract carefully and make sure everything you are expecting is clearly spelled out. If you have any more than one contact with them, they will add a few hundred dollars to the bid and claim that was not in their original understanding of the work you wanted done.
