The crew was very clean cut, well mannered, professional, efficient, and the price was very competitive. There was no loud music, no profanity, and no smoking or drinking while on the job. My roof had leaking places, and I called Brian to inspect and provide repair options, I decided to take option of installing new roofs on two areas of my house, he then provided estimate cost of the repair plan, it is fair price for both of us and I accepted the contract. Then he came with another worker, he finished the project with excellent professional quality. I highly recommend Brian for anybody want to great quality work on roofs.

Brian is very competent, and does quality work with quality materials. He stands by his work and products. He was punctual, even in terrible weather, and he worked long hours to get the job done in a timely manner. He also proved he can work in adverse conditions, we had two very strong windstorms when he worked on our roof. Our roof looks great, and this was a great experience.

I don't even know how I was so lucky to find Brian, but I'm glad I did. I had a few repairs to the roof and knew I needed my gutters cleaned and Brian came right out and did it. He was so communicative and clear about how much the service would cost. He helpfully spotted other issues and things I could do preemptively to keep my gutters clean (installing filters) and explained what he could do and priced it out for me. I never had to wonder what was going on - Brian would text or call and explain what was happening and what to expect. He was so wonderful. My SO's house began leaking water onto a floor area following the recent snow/ice days we had in the DFW area. We contacted Brian Kinnaman, owner of Encore Pro, describing the crisis. Brian was at her house in less than an hour to review the situation, where he determined the cause of the problem and provided a free estimate of repair. We knew it was a very fair price and agreed to have Encore do the work, especially when Brian spoke how he would guarantee his work. Shortly after, Brian purchased the needed materials and went straight to work repairing the roof where he also keenly noticed and recommended we have some gutter repair work done. The additional cost to repair the gutters was so marginal we agreed to have that fixed also. We are totally satisfied and had an excellent experience working with Brian. Brian from Encore Pro repaired a section of my roof that was leaking. That was a problem area where leaves accumulated in a valley. He explained how he was going to repair it and placed the new ice shield/flashing and tied it in with the existing counter flashing against the brick in the valley. He took detailed pictures that showed the repairs so youc an see exactly what was done. He arrived quickly and completed the repairs in a short period of time.
