They installed our windows and did a wonderful job,professional and friendly! Fast also! Now will have them do our roof.well ,they did our roof through lowes. Thinking if any problems, lowes would back us! Crew took all day doing new roof on.THen,they forgot to cut the roof for ridgecap!! We called the contractor,and lied,that they did! Finally fixed it and no apology! Lowes really didn't back us!! Would never use them again!! Giving two stars because the window crew where different from roof crew.Cant believe what a TERRIBLE job on roof!! Go thru Best American contractors for there business!! Go to Lowes website to see reviews there to,with pictures tures! That will speak for itself.

They were rude and it took almost three months to get my doors installed. Lufkin Lowe's blamed them and they blamed the store. When they finally finished my doors they left my garage door open with the keys in the door. They did not check with me to see if I approved the job. They peeled the paint off of the wall around my front door and so far have refused to fix it. They did not tell me where the keys to my locks for the front door were. When I tried to tell this Zach person about the paint on my front door he just said that I don't want to argue with you and walked away. This coward did not return to complete the installation. The whole experience was a nightmare.

Needed a chain link fence for my home so my dogs could run more freely without supervision. They were very professional and did an excellent job would recommend this company to any one. If I could give them a 10star rating they would get it. If I could rate the individual workers they would each receive 10 stars as well.
