After learning we needed a new roof, Stonewater Roofing helped us every step of the way. They were very professional, always calling or texting before meeting with us at the house. They worked with our insurance company and helped us choose the right kind and color of shingle. We were told several days ahead of time when they would arrive and finished in one day. Posting this review on behalf of another.The roof on my house was damaged from a hail storm and needed to be replaced. My wife and I moved to Tyler for her health issues. I am 77 years old and her full time care giver. I needed a company that could help me with all of the details, from insurance to the entire roofing project.I chose Stonewater Roofing. They were excellent, from the personnel in the office, Justin the sales representative, Shelton the job foreman and the roofing crew.Because of my wife's mobility issues, Justin took photos of the outside of my house, superimposed the shingle choices on the house photos to help us pick out a color.Shelton and his crew arranged a pathway around the job site supplies and equipment so I could transport my wife to dyalisys. Shelton's crew also moved all items that may be damaged out of the flower beds and covered our pool with tarps and placed everything back when finished. Stonewater sent a gutter company out to remove and reinstall our leaf guards back into the gutters.They kept me informed with everything going on and did a great job. I highly recommend Stonewater Roofing.

Okay … Stone Water Roofing may be the truth. They did an awesome job on our roof.Then, I just so happened to get a roofers nail in my tire. And I was like “oh heck!!” But I remembered that Shelton said if I have any trouble with it let him know.I called Shelton. Shelton was “Don’t even worry, we got you covered , Text my main man Chris Pierece.”I text Chris Pierce. He was like “send me the pictures and reciepts about my tired having to be replaced illl take care of this for you.Didn’t have to argue try to overly Convience and prove. He took me for my word.Honestly, I only expected like $10 bucks or something. Man, they saw my receipt that I sent in and took care of the whole thing! What awesome customer service. Responsive, and full of Integrity! And they understand us as people and they care!I’ve never seen a business do something this fast. I got my new tires! Customer service at its finest hour!Chris snd Shelton at Stone Water Roofing. You guys are the awesome. I love this company! 1. They are insured! 2. They kept me and my husband involved every step of the way with materials, insurance, dates and time, etc! They were very thorough! Stone water Roofing sent two workers to fix the tarps on our damaged roof. They were both professional and polite. When they got to the house they went right to work and quickly completed the job. Shelton Ivory was especially helpful by explaining what work was done and making the changes we requested.

My salesman Roland has always been great to follow up with me when in need. He immediately has someone to assist any issue I have had. Today he sent Caleb and Shelton and they communicated well prior to arrival and throughout the service. They arrived promptly, quickly assessed the issue and corrected the issue. Great company to deal with! We love our new roof and chimney cover! We had hail damage and Stonewater works well with our insurance to get all damaged areas fixed. We love our salesman, Chris Pierce. Very pleased with the exceptional roofing job performed by Stonewater and their entire staff. One thing we were particularly impressed with was that they completely cleaned up the site at the end of each day, even if it meant working into the dark. Very nice.
