Window World was recommended to us by a friend and we were fortunate enough to have Jacob come to our home and talk with us about their products. We are replacing all the windows in the home we just purchased and Jacob answered all our many questions. He demonstrated the type of windows that we chose and covered how the installation would proceed. All this was in a very easy and professional manner and we could not be more pleased. We feel confident that when our windows are installed they will be exactly as Jacob explained. Thank you Window World for sending us such a very nice young man!

I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with my new large window in my kitchen. What a difference it made in the look of my kitchen! I wondered how it would look after the installation. Would I have to repaint the window seal, etc? It looked perfect! I didn’t have to do a thing, but enjoy!

DO NOT USE. Company does not honor their word. We purchased a whole house of windows. One window was large and needed to be custom ordered.Several months passed and while the other windows came in, the large window had not. We were pressured into having the other windows installed but were told by our sales guy, Jacob, that we wouldn't be charged until the final window went in. "I'll talk to the owner so he knows what's going on. You won't be charged. Don't worry."The VERY NEXT DAY, a charge shows up on our account for the entire amount. When we reached out to Jacob and asked if he could tell us why there was a charge to our account even though he said we wouldn't be charged," his response was, "I personally cannot. I do not run or control any payments. Please reach out to my office regarding your account."

I highly recommend Window World in Texarkana because of the knowledgable ability of the salesman. Jacob Ezermack is a gracious, informative young man who explained everything. When he left our home, we felt with were completely told everything about the windows and doors. We are planning on getting our whole house both windows and doors done. Jacob is a very honest person and his personality is superb, this young man should get a raise as he sure deserves one. Whitney who works in the office in Texarkana is a very nice young lady who knows her business and is most helpful. Give her a raise too! Ronnie and Bo who installed the new windows and took out the old ones knew exactly what they are doing and are fantastic installers. They clean up after themselves and are a pleasure to be around. These two fellows know what they are doing and we do appreciated them and perhaps a raise in order for them too? Dealing with this branch of Window World was a real pain.I decided to use them because I have family that had a great experience with Window World of the Ozarks.I ordered the windows in February, 2022. I was interested int he SWEPCO energy efficincy incentive. They were not currently approved contractors and they said it was a great idea for them to become one. (Spoiler: They didn't sign up despite having multiple people reach out to them, so I missed out on the rebate.)Bullet points for ease of reading:*The sales rep said it would take around 8 weeks to get the windows in.*I signed up for the 18 months no interest and was not supposed to be charged until the windows were installed.*April- still no windows.*I reach out and they tell me they are not in yet.*May- Wells Fargo notifies me that I was charged the full amount for the windows.*I reached out to their office with no response.*I contacted the sales rep who said Dale, the owner, would contact me later that night. He didn't. It was the next day before I heard from him.*To sum up a series of text messages and phone calls I was told that they are a family owned company; they had to charge me before receiving the windows because they had to pay for the windows and pay the contractors. The windows are in but they have no one to install them because no one wants to work so it will be as late as July before I recieve them. That there were people that were ahead of me that needed their windows first.*I tell them I will dispute the charges since I am being charged for something I never recieved. Magically, the next day, they can get the windows installed in about 2 weeks.*2 weeks later- the windows are here except for 1 that they lost in the warehouse. 1 of the other windows came in broken and another had a long deep gash in the plastic frame. Contractor submitted for a reorder for the 2 windows that were not installed and the frame. Should take 6 to 8 weeks.***The contractors were great! Very friendly. Very professional****6 to 8 weeks later I call and the windows had not been ordered.*No one knows who was at fault but I need to be understanding because they are busy.*Windows come in. Scheduled install of the 2 missing windows on Sept 5. (Labor day) Seemed weird but ok.*No one shows. No answer at the office. They are closed.*Call the next day and was basically told "Oops! Our mistake. We don't work on Labor Day."*Reschedule for Oct. 10. Finally recieved the new windows.*Called corporate and they said they will speak to the owner.So until they get this sorted out, stay away from Window World Texarkana.Service: Window installation

Good windows we've used them before, was disappointed in the install because the finish product left me with repairs to drywall and window sills, not major damage but damage none the less, after calling and asking about the damage they responded that they would get back to me, that never happened.
