Jake from Absolute came out to do a roofing inspection after the recent hailstorm. They had installed the current roof. Jake did a roof walk around and indicated that there was someMinor damage -small area granule ruboffs- (with photos) but not enough to warrant repairs. Was refreshing not to get the expected message that the roof needed repairs immediately.Also took the time to walk down my needed vinyl fence repairs first and estimate. Some fencing companies won’t do vinyl fence repairs.If you need honest service, would call Absolute. Ask for Jake. He is a good guy.

The team from Absolute completed a fence/gate project at my house. Russel the salesman was quick to respond to my inquiry for service and presented me with a fair market value quote. The carpenters showed on time and did a fantastic job as well as cleaning up after their work was completed. The office personnel contacted me and was extremely courteous and routed my invoice for payment. All-in-all a great experience and I strongly recommend this company.

Absolute is one of the last to spray cellulose insulation. Not sure why, cellulose is super insulation for great R value and definitely a sound barrier. Absolute does fantastic work and stand behind their work. Friendly staff and quality work and products. Definitely call these guys when you need insulation for home or office.

Called 3 times to get someone out to give me a bid. The 4th time I called they said someone would be out the next day at 10am. When they didn't show I called back and then they said they would be out at 11:30. No one came out so I called them a 5th time and said forget it. This is just bad business.

We used Absolute for the insulation in the office space of our new shop and for the banister and fencing above the office space. We needed a barrier for safety and thought chain link fencing would look cool. Floated the idea to them and they designed a set up for us. They completed the task in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely be using them again for future projects!

And Stewart too!They are easy to work with and fair in their dealings. I was not able to be present for the install which included removing all decking and installing 10 rafters. I have to admit, I feared coming home to ceiling on the floor. This complete job was seamless and my roof looks great!I will be using them for gutters next! We had our fencing re-done a few months ago with some issues that needed to be resolved on the replaced gate door. We've called numerous times and they said they would be drop by and take a look and/or fix the issues. They have been no-shows due to them supposedly busy with other jobs lined up. They managed to come out the other day after another attempt to have the issues fixed. All they did is replace the hardware on the gate door which does not fix the issues nor did they listen to what possible solutions I had in mind.I would not recommend this company as they are unresponsive and show poor business etiquette when it comes to honoring quality issues after the job is completed.

It took a few days to get a call back for the estimate. He was mad that I couldn’t meet the day of, then didn’t show up for the appointment. I completely rearranged my schedule for him and he couldn’t bother to call. I called the office and still haven’t received a call back. Very disappointed, but thankful I didn’t hire them to do the job since they seem to have a history of no shows and being difficult to reach.

This company is terrible i have been waiting months i was told 6 to 8 weeks it has been over 3 months not a call or anything for an update so I called them a few times for an update and all they say is your on the list and no time frame so I called again and was given nothing but excuses and I am now told it could be until spring this company is a joke!
