This LOCAL company definitely didn't disappoint! Our new roof is beautiful, and they have an impressive staff We got several quotes from other companies and theirs was the most reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone. Their communication is top notch, and so is their work. I hope we won't need to use them again, but you never know. 🤷‍♀️ Thank you, Simoneaux! 5 stars!!!

Our property management company has used Simoneaux Roofing for well over 100 jobs within the last year and have yet to be disappointed. Brian and his team have been very helpful for both us and our clients. They have even gone as far as communicating with our clients insurance adjusters to assist with claims. Let’s start of the beginning, I hired Simoneaux Roofing after Hurricane Harvey because a tree fell on my roof. We talked and he gave me a quote. I put my deposit of $4500 in on October 26th from his quote to get all the material. The owner of Simoneaux told me that it would take 20 days to complete. 10 days to get material and 10 days to complete the install. As of December 26th I had to get my attorney, Brandon Monk, involved to get a demand letter to complete my roof being i didn’t even have material to start the job. Simoneaux had a guy come out from time to time and continue to put a tarp on the roof to keep the incoming water out of my home several times, which it did not do. This was such a mess and Simoneaux even stop answering my phone calls, which made me had to take time out of my day away from my job to go to his office and get a BS answer and promises that weren’t kept. As of January, I still had not had any material at my home nor any REAL work performed. I ended up having to get my attorney involved a second time to hopefully get some sort of refund or repayment. Finally, as of today March 26th, 2021, i have a new roof on my home BUT let’s make it clear....it’s not any help of Simoneaux Roofing, it’s because of David the Roofer. David the Roofer did a wonderful job and it’s probably the best roof in the neighborhood.So, this is my 100% HONEST REVIEW. This is 100% what happened and I would NEVER use this guy. Buyer beware, and he will start not answering your calls after several attempts. His lady that does the office even said to me “yeah I’ve been telling him he needs to work on it, but I’m only here to get the inside work done” which i have on a recorded conversation. I had to contest the charges on my card and he continues to ask me for money when he’s caused more damage than help. So once again I will have to get my attorney involved. There has been water coming into my home for months and all because I haven’t been able to get the person I paid to come fix the roof I paid for, so unfortunately I had to hire someone else.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof inspection, Roof repair, Roof installation
