A good contractor is hard to find. Ace was quick to answer the phone, and to answer any questions; their teams followed up just as quickly: they were on time, worked diligently, and had our projects finished up on schedule.They were quick, but kept the quality to a high standard, too. The work was done to a professional standard, and they cleaned up after themselves too...We've worked with a handful of contractors over the last few years, and Ace has been better than the rest.

I had a front door that wouldn't close, was hard to open and couldn't be securely locked. I called Ace Handyman Services during the week before Christmas and was given an amazing cost to fix my door. The day I scheduled for Mike to come out and fix the door, he arrived early, was very respectful of property and people . Mike had my door fixed in just under 2 hours,including parts runs. I can't tell you how great it feels to have a company I can trust in and know they're going to do their best for me, and they did!! Thank you to the owners and ladies in the office! I appreciated the care you took of us!I don't have a list, but I'm certain that Ace Handyman Services could handle any honey-do I could hand them!! Thank you for great service!!

From initiation to service completion, the folks at New Braunfels Ace Handyman Services were professional, friendly, efficient and effective. Communication was clear and timely. Mike completed the work as requested, and we were able to move forward with additional work beyond the scope of handyman services.20240220:We called Mike back out to install a microwave that had been poorly installed in 2019 by the home builder's contractor. Had popcorn removal off my ceiling.They did a Jam-up job. They also put light texture, paint primed it, And then painted it with flat white. It was a fair price. Then I had quarter Round tacked on to my inside baseboard, in three rooms after the tile was laid.That was an excellent job, by a skilled woodsman.I highly recommend this company called Ace Handyman Services in New Braunfels & Surroung Areas.They are very skilled in most all areas where home repairs are needed, inside & outside.I'm more happier than a 3 legged cat trying to cover up his poop. 😀Thank you again !

Everything went great. Charlotte was great at scheduling and explaining the business end, and Mike arrived on time and did a fantastic job at fixing the refrigerator door and the big AC vent unit. He's so very pleasant and nice and explained everything he did. Five stars for the whole operation!

The construction part of the job was excellent. But he left a mess with nails scattered on the floor along with debris. He got paint on the floor and the doormat. Garage had nails, wood and debris all over it! Disappointed that he did not clean up after himself.

We are a local air conditioning contractor and we love our relationship with Ace Handyman Services of Greater New Braunfels. Scott and Charlotte's team have helped us with drywall repair when a foot has slipped and went through the ceiling. Newer high efficient AC equipment is larger, so we sometimes need to have a bigger access hole cut and new trim work installed.
