I called this company to come give me a estimate on a roof leak. When making the appointment, I specifically told the receptionist to make sure the technician come with a ladder to go up in my attic. Needless to say the technician showed up with no ladder and asked if he can use my dining room chair to stand on to go look. I’ll never call this company again. Common sense tells you that when you’re checking a roof leak you being the proper equipment and don’t expect the homeowner to supply that. The worse experience ever!!!!
