We have 2 duplexes that needed new roofing, patio roof repairs and rotten wood replaced. I also had a few other additional items that I wanted taken care of. Cool Roofs Inc came in and absolutely solved all our problems! Jay Evans is a great guy and a man of his word. His team did a great job on all issues, they stripped all the old shingles and felt, replaced the rotten wood and painted primer on it and cleaned up all the mess they made. They took care of all the issues I had. I shopped 3 highly rated roofing companies before I choose Cool Roofs. The whole team from Jay who initially came to inspect and quote the roofing job and oversee subsequent changes I requested to Kolt who was there to oversee all stages of the project were all extremely professional.Frankly, I am often considered by many to be a real pain in the neck. I expect to get full value for what I am paying for and boy did I. First it was a great value in price, workmanship and responsiveness. The hardest thing initially was for me to wrap my head around the fact that Cool Roofs had over 116 reviews at the time and had a "Five Star Rating", trust me there is a reason for that. After I met the team I knew the job would be done right and it was. Had it not been, there is no doubt in my mind that they would make it right no matter what it took.That is just the kind of people the owners are!
