Excellent service—very reasonable rates. Team D&D did the installation and were done earlier than originally estimated. Sales team and office staff made the whole process simple from start to finish. Who doesn’t like using electronic documents for estimates, agreements and payment? I appreciated the reminders as well as being flexible enough to work around my changing schedule. Even with the fluctuating dates, Lessard was still able to schedule installation within a few days. Highly recommend Lessard!

Lessard’s Rain Gutters did an amazing job from start to finish. We scheduled a visit to our home online and received a surprisingly affordable estimate with details and options within days. Randy, with Lessard’s, was very accommodating to our needs and made adjustments to our estimate in real time. The 50% deposit was reasonable and we were scheduled just 2 weeks from our deposit date. The pair of men who performed the work were very professional and took pride in the work they do. 10/10 would recommend.

Overall I'm happy with the work that was done, the installers were personable and polite. I found the price reasonable (until there was a tip button on the payment page...). The one thing that really needs improvement is arriving in a timely manner or at least communicating when things change.

We had a drainage problem with our existing gutter system and I contacted Lessards for a remedy. Randy came out and inspected the gutters and discussed adding a downspout. Brendan came out and installed the downspout and a splash plate to ensure proper drainage without the waterfall feature and standing water that we previously had. The job required maneuvering between tree limbs to get access to the roof and we appreciated that Brendan did this in a safe and effective manner. Now just praying for rain!
