Called earlier today and Daniel was here within 1 hr. He was good, honest, extremely thorough and very helpful with getting insurance claim filed.Today 3/12 Dan and his crew came out to replace my mom’s roof. Wow was I impressed. Dan not only keep us up to date on everything but the guys got my moms roof completed in one day. Not only that but the cleaned up their mess and swept the back walkway, the deck and the driveway! My mom and I were not expecting that. I will highly recommend Lightning Express to anyone who needs a new roof.

Donny went above and beyond helping me get a new roof!!! Nowadays it’s hard for me to believe that good people are still around, but Donny has put that thought out of my mind . Never thought a business would go out of their way to help me (my case was complicated) Donny had spent weeks trying to work with my insurance company , This company is the BEST hands down. Dealing with storm damage is stressful but having Lightning Exteriors in my corner helped tremendously! I was so impressed by Gary and his team. They got right up on my roof to do an inspection and even did an emergency tarping to prevent further damage. Gary patiently answered my questions and always showed up when he said he would. He followed up regularly with phone calls and kept me informed about the process. He took care of all the little details and was a continuous presence at the job site. I really appreciated his attentiveness and dedication to making sure things got done right. Clearly Gary takes pride in exceeding customer expectations.
