Our new roof looks great! Justin is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He'll even help with your insurance claim if you want him to. His guys that installed the roof were all very respectful. Everything on the roof was upgraded, and I also requested additional attic vents. Oh and the architectural shingles they installed look so much better than the cheaper 3 tab shingles. Couldn't be happier with the result! Highly recommend!

From start to finish Lucky roofing was great at communication about the process of repairing the roof, time frame, insurance process. They were attentive and came out, got out on the roof, when the insurance adjuster came to inspect and pointed out issues that the adjuster missed. Tyler and Justin were professional every time we communicated and did all the leg work on the back end with the insurance. Once material was in, the crew dis a great job with installing the roof and it looks great! Replaced roof in one day....Justin the manager or owner was outstanding in customer service!!!There was a punctured A/C line and it cost 700.00,. The Workers and A/C contractor were going back and forth, Justin advised not to worry he will cover it, not knowing who was at fault I offered to meet him half way.... It's hard to find good, honest, hardworking people....
