Everything was good except they forgot the trim on one side of my house. I had to run down and buy some from the hardware store, now the front is white trim and the back galvanized. It’s a gable roof, so you can’t see both sides at the same time, but it was kinda annoying.

Called the NB location for some general information on a custom 30' X 60' building with some build out options. Another sales rep jumped on the call and seemed liked they didn't really have time to talk to me or answer my questions. Told me to look at there website or stop in, but they don't take appointments. Whatever - if this is how they start off, I would hate to see what the rest of the process is like.

Had these guys out to figure out what was wrong with my commercial grade garage door opener that was originally purchased from them. Turned out to be a faulty photocell sensor which is a particularly hard problem to diagnose. They came out 3 times (no questions asked) to install replacement parts provided by the manufacturer. I wasn't charged for it. Paul and Jacob were professional and diligent in getting the issue resolved. I appreciate this level of service and you will too. Thanks!

We spent $25000- only to be greeted by a receptionist that greets you with “yes”. Really. Thats sad. Happy with my bldg but surely not a way to greet your customer - twice we have been addressed in that fashion. Twice! So its mot a person just having a moment or a bad day. For that- you get 3 stars!
