Mike and Mario made this experience much easier than I expected. These guys were professional and reliable. The crew did a wonderful job on the roof. It looks amazing. The gentlemen that did the job were easy to talk to and they did a great job with the cleanup. I didn’t find a single roof nail in my yard. Neighbors Roofing is the best. After some extensive hail damage on my roof I wanted to find a roofing company that could do quality work and a company that was local so I knew I could contact them easily. Mike was on top of everything and was here when the insurance adjuster did the inspection all the way to finish out. His crew took the old roof off and put the new one on very quickly and then cleaned everything up. I highly recommend Neighbors Roofing.

I can't say enough about Mike and Neighbors Roofing. My husband was having problems getting our insurance to replace our roof. They only wanted to fix a hole. Mike's experience with dealing with insurance companies resulted in them replacing our roof. Neighbors crew was there when promised, and completed the job quickly. I can’t recommend Neighbors Roofing enough. Mike, Mario and their team went the extra mile for us after a bad hailstorm damaged our roof last year. Neighbors Roofing literally stood out from the crowd of roofing companies that came knocking at our door.Start to finish our roof was replaced in less than three days and other than our beautiful new roof. You couldn’t tell that they’d even been there. I think our yard looked better after they left them before they arrived.Mike has in-depth knowledge of insurance companies, insurance policies, and insurance adjusters – he used to be one. Initially, our insurance company said that our roof did not need to be replaced and only offered to pay for a minimal roof repair at a fraction of the cost. Mike walked us through the process, met with the insurance adjuster, and showed him why a roof repair wasn’t an option. We could not have done it without him.

Neighbor’s Roofing did a great job inspecting my roof and giving me a recommendation. The inspection was done and an honest recommendation was given with no pressure. They were also kind enough to do a quick patch and seal at no cost. It’s hard to find someone honest and with the experience that these folks have. This roofing company is for real. When my long-term national insurance company denied my claim (despite a hole in the roof you could see light through), they only wanted to repair the hole. The roof had lost most of its sand, and singles were missing or brittle and broken in several other areas. That's when I called to get a repair. Mike came out and said this roof needs replaced. With his indepth knowledge of the insurance industry, we were able to fight the big insurance company and win. i am enjoying my new roof thanks to Neighbors Roofing and Mike. I highly recommend them.

Mike Britt has been a godsend as he re-inspected our roof after Allstate said there was no damage from Hail. He submitted a report and the next thing that happened was Allstate approved the repair based on Mike's report. I am having another roof replaced by Mike Britt and his crew
