I looked at several roofing contractors and I felt most comfortable with Oscar from Pelt Roofing. The others seemed to be more interested in getting all the insurance money without fixing everything. I told Oscar that we needed to work together to have minimal damage to the all my wife flower beds during the roof replacement. Oscar went far above and brought plenty of 4x8 sheets of plywood with 2x4's to deflect all the debris from the flower beds. Not a single plant was damaged. They finished the roof in a day and cleaned up and you couldn't hardly tell they were there. The roof looks great and they replaced everything on the roof as they said they would. I would highly recommend Pelt Roofing.

Great company! Zach Norman their Sr. Project Manager talked me through some solutions rather than trying to sell me a roof or some construction/renovation plan. He listened to what I wanted to do and followed through on promises! I highly recommend asking for Cesar. Not only did Cesar maintain his professionalism from the introduction to the completion, but the punctuality from the entire team was top notch. When the supplies were scheduled to arrive, they arrived. When Cesar said the team would be there, they were there early. That is not even the best part. We talked to our insurance company once. After that, everything else was smooth sailing and we just reviewed and approved. Cesar handled the rest. That in itself was priceless. Our roof came out way better than we thought. Listen to the options available for you. We upgraded to the vented roof and that was a night and day difference. I will definitely use Cesar again.

Thank you, Julian Martinez, for being so helpful and professional. We were not sure on which company to go with, but Julian made the choice easier. With his friendly and positive attitude, he walked us through the steps by telling us and showing us pictures of the damage that needed to be replaced. Pelt roofing is amazing! Ryan made my claim process amazing and also gave me recommendations on having them do my gutters! He had a great manager Jose Castillo that made sure my questions were answered whenever Ryan was busy on my roof. On 2022 we had Hail storm and our roof was damaged. Cesar Rangel was great took he time explaining the findings of the damages, the process with the insurance, honest about his recommendations. Always answered my calls and questions. Once process with insurance was approved, Cesar's team worked on the roof in one day. Love how quick they were. Totally recommend this team. 👌

We had Storms roll in and had damage to our roof ,windows,garage door,fence, gutters and a shed out back. Oscar did the inspection and helped us file our claim. He not only got my insurance to cover all the damage , he did all the work from start to finish! My house looks better than it did before the storm!!!! I had the absolute best experience with Ray V. Being a first time home owner isn’t easy and in most instances, I feel more overwhelmed than I do confident and educated in what I NEED to do. Texas weather is crazy and my roof has always been an issue but knowing what to do and where to start was also an issue until I got a knock on my door from Ray! He took the time to tell me EVERYTHING that I needed to know, he was kind, patient and so helpful. He didn’t make me feel overwhelmed (which was a first) and for the first time I felt like I was finally able to make a real decision as a homeowner to not only fix an issue I had but also built some equity into my home by making it even better than it was before. If you are nervous about making changes or just confused about the process, talk to Ray because he won’t let you end any conversation with him with any sort of confusion.
