Pinn Construction LLC. Allen Pinn has done several projects around my house at the lake. He tore out and replaced two separate decks and replaced a lot of the joist that was rotten, before finishing the top boards. He also replaced two sets of steps and welded new railings and painted them. He also made a new enclosure for my air condition units with a gate for easy access. He has also done some interior work, replacing my French doors at the back of my house and several other items inside. He keeps in communication to let me know where they’re at with the projects. All were finished in a timely fashion and all with excellent results. He has truly increased the looks and value of my home. I highly recommend Pinn Construction for anything you might need done.

Allen and his team are the go to for all your construction needs. We have had an extension added to our shed, steps built for our tiny home, trenches dug and concrete slabs poured with a few more projects on the way. Allen is detail oriented, easy to talk with and understands your desires, reasonable and above all he does what he says when says he is going to do it. Appreciate his passion to his profession.

Allen enclosed our back porch, turning it into a room which we plan to use as a guest bedroom or family room. He also added a covered deck extending from the enclosed back porch.His workmanship is excellent, and he and Carrie offered many helpful tips regarding details/colors. Honest, knowledgeable, & responsive. We will definitely go to him again for our next project.

Pinn Construction responded immediately to my inquiry about a building project. They listened to what I wanted, answered questions and presented a detailed bid within a few days. Their work was quality, they were tidy, and continued to be available for questions. Big bonus that they are very personable, knowledgeable, and work well together.
