I can’t recommend this company and Rusty enough.I won’t bore you with my backstory, but if you’ve been dealing with another company, getting yanked around with pricing and timelines…. Cancel them and call radiant.The price was fantastic, the job was done the same week and so fast. All the neighbors couldn’t believe how good it looked and how fast it was completed.I called on a Monday or Tuesday to just inquire about pricing, and on the same day I had a quote via email, we signed all the documents and everything was scheduled for the same week.The team showed up early Saturday morning, took everything off the roof, put the new one up, and when I got home from work it was as if no one had even been there.While they were taking it off they discovered a little bit of rotted decking. The team notified Rusty and he contacted me via text immediately with pricing and options. Super professional, quick, and thorough.Radiant took what was to be the headache of a lifetime and made it a smooth and basically pain free processCALL THEM!!!! Ya got nothing to lose!

My experience with Radiant was good when I was building my house as the GC.However, we recently needed some warranty work and I called and left a voicemail earlier in May. I did not hear from anyone for over a week, so I called back and asked why I had not heard from anyone to schedule warranty work.I was then forwarded to Garvin who had an undermining tone with me before we even started the conversation. I asked, "Why did no one call me back..." -- he then interrupted me and said, "I called you and then I went on vacation." So I asked why no one left a voicemail. He said, "I don't have to leave a voicemail." He assumed his number pops up on caller ID and relied on that to justify his response. He then switched gears on the conversation.Ultimately he helped out, but his level of unprofessionalism to not leave a voicemail and then justify it because he "doesn't have to" and assumes it "pops up on caller ID" is just an unprofessional response. Does he not know people that can afford his product also go on vacation, travel and when the phone is turned off or service is not available...caller ID does NOT pick up the phone number...hence; why voicemail exists. Especially with the number of spam filters now on most carriers sending people straight to voicemail...you'd figure someone in business would leave a voicemail so they don't miss out on business.Either way...We have been told they will be out Thursday to assess and fix the warranty issue. Should they do so, we'll upgrade our response, however, Garvin needs some training on management and customer service. Not leaving a voicemail because you feel entitled not to as an employee when the customer brings up an issue is Businesses 101 and in my opinion just rude to then debate the customer when you know they have jan issue and you fail to follow up.We will see if they live up to their promises in the near future and we'll go from there!

We had to have a roof replacement while trying to sell our home. Radiant came to our rescue and completed the work promptly and professionally.Our sales rep Stephen was awesome! He helped us with our insurance claim and kept us updated on all the work being done!Overall a great experience!

Initial review was 5 stars because of the sales person we worked with, downgraded from 5 stars to 2 stars January of 2024. Edited after several months of no response from this company.The sales person we were working with left the company and notified us that he was leaving. The company itself never called us to let us know, so I called their office to ask who we would work with as a replacement. They gave me the name and number of the person. I called, left messages, heard back once, he never showed up to meet with the insurance Adjustor for our second claim after a major hail storm or anything. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt another couple of weeks and heard nothing. Never got a written quote either. Decided if I had to hound them to even give me the time of day, it wasn’t worth it. Working with a totally different company now that is more responsive.Original review:We contacted 3 local roofing companies in the area to get estimates for roof repair and replacement after some bad storm damage.All 3 companies came out and gave us quotes and the only one that followed up with us was Zach from Radiant Roofing.We had two more hail storms after he came out, and both times he called to check in on us and make sure we were doing okay.Zach explained the reroofing process and helped us document the damage to provide to our home insurance. Our homeowners insurance has been a nightmare and Zach came out a second time to meet with the adjuster and show him the areas they failed to notice damage, helping us through the whole ordeal. The quotes were also reasonable and the customer service and communication has been excellent.

We used this company a few years ago to install our roof and were very happy with them. During a recent remodel, we needed the roof vent from our kitchen range replaced. They made the appropriate replacement and fixed the surrounding shingles. They noticed some sealing problems around another vent and fixed those too as a courtesy. Zack Jenkins was helpful in getting the job done quickly. Prices for the original roof and this vent replacement were very fair. The crew came out and replaced my roof in one day, picked up after themselves, were professional throughout the process, and were patient while the insurance drug their feet, Zach Jenkins was especially helpful contacting and straightening out all the details with the insurance as well. The roof looks great and haven't had any issues in over a month that it's been on. Would definitely recommend Radiant Roofing for your home, ask for Zach!

I had an amazing experience with Radiant Roofing. I called to originally get an inspection done. Rusty, one of the sales professionals, came out to look everything over. He was very professional and up front about everything that needed to be done. We ended up replacing the entire roof. The crew that came out was very nice. They finished the roof fast! Dalton Baker, our Sales Representative was very professional, on time and he had great follow through every step of the way. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and returning all of my calls and believe there were many calls in the process because the roof is a big ticket expense.
