If you live in Alaska, Russia or China, I would not use this guy! LOL. I met this Aaron dude through my realtor and glad I used him. I was all set to use another roofer but just couldn't coordinate our schedules. Aaron was very responsive and discussed the whole process with me and even made suggestions of things that I missed. I have a deck that was built on top of the roof over the downstairs bedrooms and needed that replaced because I noticed leaks in one of the bedrooms. I removed all the decking boards down to the roof and Aarons crew did the rest. Once they started pulling up the old roof, they found what I suspected- rotted plywood underneath, a lot of it. So, they replaced the whole deck with new water repellant Cement Fibre Board then new treated plywood and then reroofed the deck. They even did additional work to the roof deck, which was above the call of duty, but greatly appreciated. I had a couple of air vents on the backside of the roof which led to nothing and were unnecessary, so he removed them and installed new sub roofing to seal the holes. I must say, it looks a whole lot better than it did before. I was away traveling when the work was done and was completely happy with the end result when I returned home. They even removed the big pile of debris of decking that I removed. What else can I say... I think they came in, went to work and got the whole job done in 1 day. I would highly recommend Aaron to anyone looking to replace their roof. Aaron also does an array of other home repairs which I will definitely use him for. He proved himself to me and did what he said he was going to do at the price he quoted and completed the job on time. JOB WELL DONE, AARON!! THANK YOU.

We are delighted with our new roof from Red Ark.Roman (project manager) was very thorough and handled all the discussions with us and our insurance. Roman even came to our house to meet the adjuster and agree on the scope of the work!Once all the paper work was finalized Roman kept us in touch with the schedule and was on site during the (long) roofing day, answering all questions and making sure the site was left tidy and clean.
