Over The Phone Customer Service Is Hard To Come By, But This Company Did Not Miss A Beat. He was not sure if we were going with him or not, but out of the kindness of his heart, he quickly patched up some holes cause rain was coming and didn’t want us to get more damage. Peter and his team did a fantastic job at not only replacing the leaky shingled roof i had with metal, but took extra care with the installation and clean up process. Peter and his team made this whole roof installation experience so stress-free for me. I had 5 different estimates. This company was the first that I felt the most comfortable with.Peter came out and fixed the leak due to the heavy rain in the forecast the following week came back and installed my New roof.The team let me get on the roof and see the damaged areas, & also when they fixed the damaged areas. As a first time home owner with a roof leak I couldn’t have been more lucky that Peter from Roof Improvement & Services answered the phone that day.
