I’m very impressed with Austin and Roof Repair and Leak Experts. I had a leak on my deck / porch that I could not find or figure out. I called and Austin came out later the same day to perform a water test (which I had already tried myself) at a very reasonable cost and he found the spot causing the leak within 30 minutes. He explained the scope of essential repairs, recommended preventive maintenance for the short term and agreed to provide me a repair quote the next day. I highly recommend this company.

The best thing about this company is locally and family owned and stayed in business around where they live and work. They are not part of the corporate business where their headquarter is far, far away from here. When I call their office, actual person answers promptly. Since they repaired my leaky roof, we haven't had any decent rain to check if there is anymore leak or not, but I expect nothing but great workmanship. If there is any issue, I will update this review for others.

I appreciate the timely response and great job provided by Roof Repair and Leak Experts. We had had our back porch covered by a local builder in New Braunfels. But from the get-go the roof leaked profusely. The original builder attempted repairs three separate times over a four- or five-month period, but the roof continued to leak. With the Roof Repair and Leak Experts, they estimate the repairs on a Tuesday evening and returned the next week to fix it in one day. We had a five-inch rain that week and several little storms sense. I am so happy no leaks.

Do not use this company!!! This was their flashing fix after coming out 5 times with unsatisfactory work. Tony was very professional and honest in everything. we were able to schedule our roof replacement for a week from the initial meeting. The reroof was done in one day, everything was cleaned up and it looks GREAT. I had to wait for almost two weeks for the insurance company to send the last portion of the settlement. I was able to keep them in the loop and paid off the balance once my mortgage company cosigned the check. I don’t normally post negative reviews of small companies, I decided to do this because people do take reviews seriously and make decisions, at least I do.And I have given them ample opportunities to set things right but they just don’t keep their word. So I have lost trust in what they say and do.So here is my experience with the company that I have been using for the last 6 years..Have given six jobs to this company.While they did a couple of jobs that were one and done which is what one would expect, that is not the norm.Quality is bad.On top of that, they are unresponsive. Requires several texts to get anyone to respond.. “oh I did not have my phone with me.. is the common excuse.”One job $800 they worked on but still leaked, they came back and fixed it.. “it was a problem with the lose nail, they said”They worked on my patio $4000+ job.. started leaking.. came back after repeated calls and texts .. 2 months later! to fix it.Last year gave them another job $1800.The job created such a bad leak that I had to get the drywall redone, $845 in damages for their poor workmanship.They came back and said they “fixed it”Last weeks shower it stated leaking at the same spot.. sent them videos of the leak. They Promised to send some one.. and that someone has never turned up..Told them I would post a review..they said “we will call today to schedule”Today never came.I have stuck with them over the years by now am just fed up of their quality and lack of responsiveness.Service: Roof repair
