When we discovered our roof had an issue, Megan from Roofer Chicks came out and thoroughly inspected the roof. We were very surprised to learn that we had defective shingles and needed a whole new roof.Thankfully, Megan was very knowledgeable about the the warranty replacement process. She was able to guide me in the right direction to get the process going. She was prompt to come back to remove a couple of the defective shingles that were required to be sent into the manufacturer to confirm the defects.This was the first roof I've had to replace. I had a lot of questions and Megan was always willing to answer them. She was a great help with getting the warranty replacement shingles ordered and negotiated with the manufacturer for us to be able to upgrade to 30yr shingles.The process of the install was pretty simple. The materials were delivered one day, the dump trailer was delivered the day before the install. The install team worked in the very hot Texas sun all day, all while keeping the areas relatively clean in the process. They were able to complete the roof install in one very long day and cleaned up all the loose materials and their equipment. The dump trailer was picked up the day after the install and a few days later a supervisor stopped by and checked on the work. The roof looks great but even more importantly, it is no longer a leak risk.I was very impressed with how well the crew was able to pick up the debris. There was a large volume of small debris and metals on their tarps all around the perimeter of our home. I assumed I'd have to do some clean up but, I only found a couple tiny shingles scraps that flew quite a ways from the house. That's it!Thank you Roofer Chicks, your entire team was impressive. I hope to not need to replace another roof but if I do you've got our business!

Courtney was at my neighbors and real quick hopped up on my roof with me to look at it and assess for any issues. She even taught me a few things to help maintain it while up there. She is genuine and friendly. Highly recommend her.

Roofer Chicks did awesome work at our New Braunfels home. Thanks to Andrew, Josh and Gary for fixing our garage door trim and sealing from water leaking into garage. We built our home in 2015 and have had water issues in garage since. Roofer Chicks came and fixed it completely. The Roofer Chicks are professional and friendly and efficient. I have had to use them multiple times over the years because my house is slowly sliding down the hill and shifts continually. (And yes, I have had my pier and beam foundation fixed twice!) Every wall in my house has a crack, HOWEVER, MY ROOF HAS NEVER LEAKED in the nine years we have lived there thanks to the Roofer Chicks! I highly recommend them.

What a great company and team! After paying another roofer to repair a leak and twice again for additional repairs to the same area we decided to have a different roofing contractor investigate the problem. Roofer Chicks sent someone out right away gave us a detailed, reasonable, proposal to fix the leak. They also provided pictures of the completed repairs and had their project manager call us to explain what they found and the repairs they made. We can't give them a high enough rating for their professionalism, and quality of work. Should we ever need roofing repairs or replacement for our two other rental houses Roofer Chicks will be our contractor.

I highly suggest Roofer Chicks. I heard noises coming from my roof. Courtney from Roofer Chicks came out and located the problems. The noise was loose flashing between my kitchen and back porch. That was only part of the damage. I had no idea my roof was in such bad condition. She took pictures so I could see all of the damage. The roof was over 20 years old and had wind and hail damage. She gave me three different estimates so I could decide which fit my budget. The roofers replaced my roof while I was at work. The roof looks beautiful and the crew did a great job of cleaning up! Very affordable and everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful!

What can I say about these folks? I can say they are absolutely amazing. My roof sprung a leak last year and they sent someone out fairly quickly. Adrian was honest about the repairs and did not just automatically try to replace my roof, and take advantage of me. Recently, my roof sprung another leak, and same response. Great folks at Roofer Chicks! Adrian came out and did the estimate of our roof with a measure tape. Not just googling our roof. When the estimate came 24 hours later it was 10 pages long. Very detailed and consice with photos of spots that needed work to be done. The roofers came on time were as quiet as possible and did the whole roof and shed in two days.
