These guys screwed up my roof install. You can see the damage from the photos. It’s still under the 10 year warranty but getting these slackers to honor it will require a lawyer. Lots of other roofers around protect your investment and avoid these crooks.Update to owner's response:These people did receive a phone call from me years ago but lied and said they were going to fix the problem and completely blew me off like I am the village idiot. Chris and his guys are my first call for any roofing questions or work that I am needing done. His rates are very fair and I love that Chris is extremely upfront, honest, and professional. I will always use them because my time is valuable and Chris is extremely professional. He understands his business and will give you honest feedback. My most recent project, I asked him to look at an old house needing a shingle roof. Just for comparison, I called a local large company referred to me by a friend. I was insulted as I asked the competitor simple questions and was very direct as I knew somewhat what was needed to complete the task. They were only interested in up-selling and seeking my insurance information, despite me telling them there would be no insurance claim involved on this one. I will never use anyone else because what they did was not listen to what was needed for this job. Chris has never done this. His workers are prompt, they do exactly what was discussed, and they offer a great finished product. He has become a valued part of any roofing jobs for me because I know I will get honesty, prompt service, a fair price, and an excellent finished product. This is an excellent company that I recommend to anyone needing a roofing contractor.

There are always factors with construction projects, cost, quality and delivery time. You only get two of the three 99% of the time. We got an outstanding high quality job at a fantastic price but had to wait for it. It was well worth the wait!! The crew spend a week in the July heat and sun. They sealed the points I was concerned about around the chimney and cleaned up four times! When they were finished the yard looked great and the roof even betterThey also did my sons roof 4 years ago and that one was done very well also.

After a nasty storm, I had Chris come out and inspect our damage. Chris was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and took the time to explain the entire process to me. He worked with our insurance company so that I did not have to.When he crews arrived to start demo they went the extra mile to cover our entire pool to ensure none of the debris got into the pool. We live in a house that was roofed by Varni Roofing when it was built. In the less than eight years that we have lived here, we have had twelve roof leaks.. Varni repaired the very first leak, but since then they will not even take calls from the builder. This was my wife's dream home, but she has been so disheartened by all the roof leaks that she wants to move.Varni Roofing says that they don't do repairs on roofs, but it would seem incumbent on them to repair a roof that they so badly botched.
