I had an unfortunate incident wherein my pipes broke and hardwood floor was soaked in water for over an hour. WB Arthur had an amazing quick response and they were able to come in within 20 minutes and start the drying process. Their professionalism, timeliness, and ability to always be at the job site on the promised time was unmatched with any other previous companies I have worked with. Based on their recommendations on restoring the hardwood floors, drywall and baseboards, we were able to get the affected area back to normalcy. Thank you WB Arthur. We had some unexpected water damage right before the labor day weekend, and we were recommended W.B. Arthur by the plumbing company. We were blown away by the professionalism and quick response by this business! Trey helped us throughout the weekend and did an excellent job! He explained the process thoroughly, kept us updated on any changes that needed to occur with the mitigation process, and was overall incredibly helpful! The mitigation process is all done, and the company has already reached out to schedule the reconstruction process for the damage. If the construction phase is as smooth as the mitigation process, we should be back to normal in no time! Highly recommend this business for any water damage mitigation!

W.B. Arthur helped us when we needed it the most. Our new house flooded from a faulty hose under the sink and since we hadn’t moved in yet, we didn’t find out about it until our new neighbors called us letting us know that water was coming down the front walkway from our house. Our whole bottom floor had about an inch or two of water. We called W.B. Arthur at about 8pm and they had someone arrive within the hour. They acted fast and did a great job, extracting the water and going through the process of mitigating the water damage by setting up fans, and dehumidifiers. Chris was there until about 11:30 and was back the next morning removing the flooring and baseboards to help dry the walls out. Chris and team have been back everyday for the last week to remove damaged drywall and test moisture readings. They have been very communicative and helpful throughout the process . Chris has been our main guy and has been great. We highly recommend them.

Our 3 dogs had gotten into a big mud puddle and came in the house and got mud all over the house. They tracked mud on the carpets and on the couch.
