Living Room Expansion and Home UpgradesWe hired Gill Construction Solutions to expand the living room of our house by removing and replacing 17ft of a load bearing wall across the back side of our living room with a new girder type beam structure and the removal of a coat closet and the walls of an adjacent room. These removals and alterations increased the living room square footage by 125 sf making our living room much more appealing, flexible and comfortable. Other living room area work included the installation of a new front entry door and two window replacements.In addition to the living room addition work, Gill Construction Solutions also installed a new roof bracing installation in the attic area and removed and replaced a worn and unsafe wooden attic staircase with a new aluminum attic staircase.Overall, we are very happy with Gill Construction and their team members. Their construction engineers provided the design work for the girder beams and new roof bracing installation. Once construction started, the project work progressed well with only a few glitches which were quickly corrected without any complaints or push-back from the contractor team. There was a small schedule increase incurred because of a manufacturer’s delay in providing the windows to Gill Construction.Working with Gill Construction Solutions has been very easy. From the beginning, they were up-front, honest and clearly focused on providing a quality job and we couldn’t be any happier with the final product. Today our home is much more appealing, comfortable and safer. Our heating and air conditioning guy fell through our living room ceiling. The owner of the company called Gill Construction to come remedy the situation. They said he does impeccable work.They were correct! We were impressed with the communication as well as the workmanship. His crew had to replace a 4 ft. x 4 ft. hole from the attic and ceiling, crown molding, and paint it all to match the existing ceiling & crown molding.They made sure the integrity of the attic was safe, as well as repaired what needed done. You can't even tell that it happened. We are amazed how well they repaired and matched not only the molding, but the paint color!We will use them when we need any renovations in the future. The crew was there when they said they would be, polite and respectful, left our home neat and clean, and did quality work. We had water damage due to the past winter storm. This company has a professional and courteous staff. Greg and the crew were always on time, sometimes early and they stayed all day for two weeks. They did a great job on installing new flooring and repairing the laundry room drywall. I also requested a separate work order for adding partial insulation in the attic and replacing my stove vent. They can practically do everything. Steven made sure that you’re satisfied with the results and his crew came back to fix a few. I strongly recommend them. This is, by far, the best contractor in the area (or anywhere, really!). Steven Gill and his team do top notch work and are always professional. They're on time with appointments and work schedules and go above and beyond to make things right. The team cleans up everyday after they work so spaces can still be accessed by the family when the crew isn't working. They have remodeled both our master bathroom and our kitchen in our 1970s home, but kept with the vibe of the home and always listened to our wishes. I had a slab leak from last year's winter storm & it's been challenging not having hot water in my home. So, Gill Construction Solutions rerouted & reconnected hot water lines & ensured that all areas had access to the hot water. They also pay attention to detail. After reconnecting the lines, the plumbing crew noticed sediment coming through the new lines that indicated the hot water heater was about to be defunct. I was able to have them secure & replace that. I had heard nightmarish stories about how messy repair/remodel crews can be .... they covered everything with plastic, and there was no problems with dust flying everywhere. Do yourself a favor and stop browsing for other contractors. Gil’s construction solutions was very responsive, quick and efficient to work with. We needed a proposal after the inspection was complete for a home we were about to purchase. Gil was able to accommodate our appointment within a day and the turnaround time was also in less than 24 hours. Our seller decided to fix the issues that we had identified and therefore we didn’t use any additional services from Gil however we do plan to use them going forward on any other properties.

Hired Steven and his crew for a shower remodel. Very easy to work with and coordinate the job. His crew was very professional and made sure to leave every day as clean and tidy as not to be a burden on us. They arrived every day at 8. Very happy with the result. Gill Construciton Services helped us renovate our kitchen (painted cabinets, added backsplash, and quartz countertops), and our master bath (tore out a jacuzzi tub, and separate small shower, so we could have a walk in shower, cabinet with open shelving above it, new flooring and quartz countertop.) To our surprise, Gill Construction was a one stop shop for all of our repair needs. They were not only able to complete a new insulation job for us but took care of a drywall repair and some other construction items in our home. They were even able to provide us with electrical services through another electrician they work closely with. Everyone was extremely professional and timely. They communicated and kept us in the loop each step of the way and handled our home with care ensuring clean up was done as well. I was particularly concerned about a drywall repair we were in need of, not knowing if it was going to match up since it was in a very obvious location in our home, but it turned out beautifully! I couldn't believe how well the texturing matched and how flush it was with the remainder of the surface! I would defy anyone to even know that a hole was ever there! Very impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of Steven, Greg and Sacramento! The electrician Keith was also very professional. Considering how backed up contractors are during this time, we feel our wait time was fair and are pleased with the value. We will definately contact them again for any future household needs!

Steve Gill and crew performed a complete remodel of our kitchen and guest bathroom as well as tiling in the master bath. We also had the entry way and hall tile replaced . We are very pleased with the work that was done. Steve coordinated with the cabinet and counter top installers as his crew handled the plumbing, electrical, drywall and tile work.Steve and crew's attention to detail in all area of the remodel was excellent.
